FOUR HUNDRED DOLLARS AND A MONTH LATER I FINALLY HAVE MY MOWER BACK AFTER JUST A BELT CHANGE. SLOW AND HIGHLY CHARGED SERVICE!

The guys here were very helpful and polite. If anyone is in the area and needs a tractor, chainsaw, weedeater or mower this is the place.

I visited their showroom looking for a zero turn mower. The sales rep couldn't answer any of my questions about any of the mowers. I had 2000 cash to put down and wanted to finance the rest was told someone would give me a call, and that never happened. I ended up purchasing a mower from Penrod's Green House as Randy was able to answer all of my questions and took my time and business seriously.

Unfortunately, my zero turn was shipped to me damaged and the guys at Fries helped me by working with Husqvarna and get everything replaced that was damaged through warranty. A couple months later had an issue with my blades disengaging and while it took a couple of times to get resolved they were great with their support and communication with me! I will use these guys to service all of my lawn equipment- they know what true Customer Service is! Highly recommend them.

Fries Ag and Turf misstated a tractor's specifications/ included equipment to us. The salesman told us the tractor came with a quick release skid steer front end loader. When he placed the order he called to tell us of his mistake, the front end loader was not a quick release. My husband told him he did not want it. Brent made modification recommendations over the next few days which were not what we wanted, would not work for us. He then stated he would include a quick release front end loader as he originally represented the equipment to us. When the tractor was delivered it was not as he stated. They had not sent us a tractor with a quick release skid steer front end loader. They had modified the non quick release front end loader by bolting a skid steer attachment onto the front.
This added several hundred pounds of weight several inches out beyond the maximum lift point. Without a bucket or grapple attached, the front end was too heavy to safely operate. On the slightest of uneven ground the wheels came off the ground and the tractor threatened to tip over.
We contacted Fries the morning of the day after delivery letting them know how dangerous and inoperable the tractor was with their modifications. Fries Ag and Turf came to our property and picked up the tractor and equipment and returned it to their inventory.
They stated we would need to pay several thousand dollars to get New Holland Financing to cancel the contract and financing. We contacted New Holland Financing and provided them all the documentation regarding the modifications Fries recommended and made which made the equipment dangerous. They contacted Fries and within days New Holland had canceled the contract and financing.
Fries Ag and Turf wants us to pay for the labor and materials for the modifications they recommended and made to save a sale which rendered the equipment inoperable and dangerous.
They have threatened to turn us over to a collections agency if we do not pay for materials (which we do not have, were attached to the equipment they returned to their inventor), for labor to perform modifications THEY recommended (which made it dangerous), restocking fees (for their mistake), etc.
This has been the worst buying experience we have ever had.

After talking with Ben over the phone about buying a Husqvarna snow blower and arriving at a great price! I drove 1 1/2 hours to pick it up. I was so impressed with how professional everyone was and how clean and well displayed the equipment was. I ended up buying my wife a Husqvarna electric start push mower again at a great price! Thank You Ben
