Fry Orthodontic Specialists reviews
8Awesome. The Staff and Dentist goes beyond helping explaining and kindness.espically for children and parents they explain the basics of care. They see that a child is very comfortable with procedures
My son went in for his first visit to get his braces and had bad anxiety. I don’t remember her name but the sweet lady who put his braces on was so gentle and sweet with my son. She gave him time, explained everything and had to changed the normal game plan to one that worked better for him. She was absolutely the best and made a situation I thought was going down hill go back up and got it accomplished. If you have a kid or yourself that suffers from anxiety from dental work I highly recommend the Northland Fry.
I was seen at Fry Orthodontic on 12/15. My treatment coordinator was Liz & I saw Dr. Thompson & Kayla did the scan of my mouth. Liz took pictures & did my X-ray. Liz & Dr Thompson explained what Invisalign could do to improve my smile, how long my treatment would take, the cost & payment options. My experience was GREAT, everyone was very knowledgeable & friendly. I recommend this office 100%.
Absolutely amazing at what they do! The way they shift teeth to become perfectly aligned is a true talent. I was a patient and my son just got his removed, I would highly highly recommend Frye Ortho!
I LOVE FRY ORTHODONTICS when I first got my braces they were very kind and they were gentle in applying them on my teeth. The price is fair and I pay monthly instead of all at once. They helped me on what to do when I got my braces and explained on how to use the rubber bands and when to put them on or off. They even gave me two little packs of rubber bands and they gave me a sheet that demonstrates where the rubber bands go. It is also easy to pick my next appointment. They helped me every step of the way. Once I got my braces off I got my retainers and two sets at that! So if I lose one I have an extra one! They have been an extraordinary help to me. THANK YOU FRY ORTHODONTICS!
I’m very happy with the overall experience at Fry Orthodontics. From the first day we walked in for the consult where they told us it would be a 14 month treatment with Invisalign; to the last day of the 14 months, everyone was nothing but helpful and professional and committed to the plan. The staff is wonderful! My son’s smile is like night and day! Thank you Fry!
The dentist are into money, it's business, and your talking big money. The child may not need braces to improve their smile but has a missing back tooth. Many teenagers are not confident in their looks and believe braces will improve them, even with a prefect smile. A molar had not descended, and he wants to send the child to another dentist so they can do surgery and "try to pull it down" then back first dentist tries to pull it down over time. This surgery involves the deep gum cutting resulting in a lot of pain. This teen has a low threshold of pain. The question presented to the dental assistant (the ones who does all the braces work) will it make any difference if she does not do it? Answer, NO. No difference in smile nor will it cause any problems in the future. On the first visit and he asked what she wanted, she wanted them and I paid the full cost up front just about $4000.00, that is with a insurance discount. They would not even start her treatment until I can back from the bank with cashiers check. Please, read the papers which I was not given until after the child said, yes to braces. They state along the lines the braces can mess your kids teeth up with life long implications, it's about 2-3 pages long and by signing you accept all the possibilities of compilation and/or incompetence. The child's appointments are months apart. She started November of 2022 and she has seen them a total of three times. It is now December 2023. She turned 18 in April and has said aside from the first visit she has not seen the dentist, only dental technicians. I do not even know if she has a full teeth cleaning before applying the metal. I did make may irritation of not getting the informational papers until the signing at payment. This information was very briefly covered at the first consultation with a dentist, not to the extent of the document you are required to sign. I have had many medical procedures from immunizations (you have to read the possible reactions and possible side effects before the injection) to surgeries where your surgeon and anesthesiologist both explain the possible all complications, including dealth, the same information you sign for permission. I do not know if all multi location dentist practices are run like this one, but with the next kid I will shop around and go elsewhere.
Continued problems with brackets falling off, wires poking me til bleeding, and a different doctor every visit. Not always open during hours listed and appointments to get fixes weeks out.
