Friendly and courteous staff, they helped me put my mirror back together after some idiot hit me and took off in Warrenton yesterday.

The people here are great. I hit a deer in October and even with all the parts shortages etc.they were able to get my Grand Cherokee like new in 40 days. They were always in constant communication and did well to provide a great service. I have no complaints whatsoever. Highly recommend!

Was in a bad rear-end collision on September 24th, it's currently December 6th and they STILL have not even touched my vehicle to repair it. Now they're saying it won't be done until January. This is outrageous! We have a disabled daughter and depend on this vehicle to transport her. Absolutely horrible service. Would give zero stars if I could.

My husband was rear ended and needed a new bumper. The guys at F&S were extremely professional and kept in constant contact. When my husband picked up his truck it looked brand new. Detailed in and out! What an amazing business! Hoping I don't need service again but if I do I'll bring my business to these guys!

110% recommended F&S if your needing repairs from a accident. From the time I took my truck there for a estimate, to dealing with my claim with the insurance company Brian took control and took care of the entire process. They keep you updated on the progress of your repairs and are on time and efficient. You can tell the guys in the shop take pride in their work and it shows when your vehicle comes back better than new. They even detail your vehicle before returning it. From start to finish this place is the best. Thank you for all the hard work.

My car came out looking better than it did before the crash, outside and in (they had the interior detailed)! They did a beautiful job and put up with all my pestering phone calls. They took care of having the car towed and dealt with insurance and everything!

Even with everything going on with Covid 19 and the new protocols F & S was able to give me back a perfect look truck! They handled everything from start to finish including my rental car from Enterprise Leasing. The body work was done to perfection and the girls in the office had to put up with Covid, an office remodel, computer problems and inpatient customers calling every day (like me) but still managed to get my truck scheduled and done on time. Thank you folks. You will always be my #1 recommended body shop in Lincoln County.

EDIT AFTER ESTIMATE RECEIVED: The estimate was free, very thorough & completed as requested! However, it took quite a bit longer than the 2 hours I was originally told to expect. I dropped my car off for my 12 PM appointment, and left at 12: 30 PM after completing my paperwork and waiting for my ride to arrive. The employee was super accommodating waiting for my ride to arrive so my young daughter and I could stay in my cars AC until our ride arrived. I was told I'd get a call when it was completed in about 2 hours, but hadn't heard back by 4: 30 PM, so I called. This was already more than double the time I expected. When I called, I was advised that the estimate took longer than expected due to my drop off being during lunch. That would have been totally fine if the expectation of 4+ hours had been set during drop off, rather than expecting about 2 hours and planning my schedule around that expectation. I had to rearrange my plans, change plans with my ride back to my car, and also was late for another scheduled appointment to accommodate the timing difference. I wouldn't have minded 4 + hours for an estimate had I been told upfront and/or received a call between 2: 30 PM - 4-30 PM to update me that it was going to be a lot longer so I could have updated my plans accordingly. Some additional communication would have made a world of difference in this aspect!

However, the employees were very easy to work with and super nice the whole time. It was very comprehensive estimate that included photos and details. They sent me PDFs of the photos and a itemized breakout of costs for the estimate via email. And they provided a ton of detail that will be helpful for the insurance claim. I received a very thorough estimate quickly after completion. They also worked with me to get my car keys back to me the same day due to it being completed so late, and ready after regular closing time at 5.

Overall, I'm very happy with the estimate, and would just suggest some more accurate and/or additional communication on timing with the customer. Otherwise, I had a wonderful experience and a very helpful estimate!
