Fun Acre reviews
14I've been here multiple times and somehow in 2023 they still only take cash. Very inconvenient.
I like to mini golf and I like to hang out with friends. There’s something more to both of those, and that’s environment. The good points on Fun Acre is the cheap price, the different holes to play at, and the batting cage. However, I would point out a few flaws with some of the holes on how old the turf grass is and is a bit dated. Some background speaker music would amp up the environment as well as maybe a glow golf night. I would pay up to $5-$8 for a fun mini golf night. Other than that, I still recommend this place if you’re trying to kill some time and hang out with friends.
So I’m not a huge putt putt fan. But our group wanted to go so off we went. I have to say that this place looked like it has been around for quite a while. It could use some love and attention. That being said, the golfing was fun! The holes were challenging but not so hard you get discouraged. We had a lot of fun! You can’t beat the price. It’s super affordable and worth every penny. I would have given it five stars, but it really could use some upkeep. However, it didn’t stop us from having a lot of fun. And maybe that’s what keeps the price down, so there’s that. Four stars.
Cheap place to have mini golf with friends, 3.00 per person, 18 holes, you cannot beat that any where, they also batting cage, staff are friendly would recommend to anyone.
The first time I came here, I went with a bunch of my friends to play mini golf. The course is in ok condition, but it’s nothing that special. It uses a variety of different felts and turfs for the putting surfaces, which makes for an interesting round of mini golf. The thing that pushes this to a 4 star is the price: you really can’t beat how inexpensive it is.
Great way to spend the afternoon with our grandson, family friendly and only $3 for over 11 and $2 5-11, under 5 is free. He also enjoyed the batting cages. We will return.
Went to use batting cages. They worked fine. Cheap mini golf. My son loves going there! Great, inexpensive place to hang out with your family!
By far the best mini golf course for the price! Offers several nice shade spots with trees and awnings. Has a bathroom and water fountain on site too.
Great family putt putt! Inexpensive with 18 holes, and an extra 19th one at the end, with a chance to win a free game ticket. Great variety of obstacles for all levels of mini golfers. They also have batting cages.
It was so weird playing mini golf here, I actually lived a few blocks from fun acres as a child. Never came here until I was an adult though. I had fun, I knocked a star off for how dingy the plan is. Maybe that is the charm
A lost relic. Batting cages and mini golf are still far cheaper than anywhere else. Great, affordable fun for the whole family!
I have been going here since I was in college (2005). I love this place! Super cheap, and they have batting cages too!
Affordable fun for everyone! You can’t find places like this anymore that clearly value families over profit. A Springfield treasure. Thank you! Your love and consideration does not go unnoticed.
Loved it Stop by and say hi to Rodger the owner! Lots of fun for $3 a person! And they have Batting Cages!
