Furniture Row, Columbia MO

It’s a pretty dull story actually. I looked at the furniture row website after sifting through several others, and finally found a headboard I liked. It was on sale and would arrive before Christmas. Our sales associate confirmed the shipping time and honored the online price. He ordered it, I paid for it and it all took about twenty minutes!

Brett was amazing, worked closely with my wife to get her exactly the furniture she wanted. The process was easy and smooth.

Very pleasant experience dealing with Miles at the Columbia, Mo.store. Knowledgeable and a true gentleman. We came in for a loveseat and left with a great deal on a new living room set. Best of all, no ridiculously long wait for delivery. That gets five stars in my book.

Miles and Jared were both a huge help getting me a great deal on a dresser for my kid.
Went back again and Clint the store manager made me an offer I couldn't refuse.

First of all, Brady was the person helping me and they were phenomenal! From the minute I walked in the door they truly listened to what I was saying, pointed me in the right direction and then left me be to think about it on my own! Loved that! Then they came back and extremely patiently answered all 1000 questions I had. Then we agreed on the piece I wanted and they assisted me with the sale also which I loved - not being handed off to someone else. AND I want to say they knew from the first encounter this was not going to be a big sale yet I felt like a valued customer anyway! It is hard to find this kind of customer service anymore so BRAVO to you guys for having Brady on your team! And second of all, I ended up with a piece that was being sold on the showroom floor as damaged…. And I absolutely also love that is an option for me when I need it to be! Great experience! I ended up with a beautiful leather chair/lounger that was damaged but still very functional and still gorgeous…. With a great price! There will be another day when I need something not in the damaged section and you better believe this is where I will head! And I so hope Brady is still there!

Very professional people on there. We showed up 40 min before closing. Our sales guy walked us around the whole store and helped us find the perfect set up for us in our movie/gaming room. We was in and out of there before they closed. We highly recommend going there. This store is the only place we will go from now on to get what we need for our home.
