Newer to the Springfield area and was looking for a new couch or sectional. First stop was furniture row. Went in and no pressure from sales staff. Which I prefer. Kristi came up and introduced herself and asked if she could help. Told here we were just looking and would find her if we have questions. Time came and Kristi was right there to answer all our question, provide an estimate on the sectional if we did it as the display showed. We decided for the price and quality to pull the trigger. Kristi was great for the purchase side as well. Will be back to see Kristi when the time comes for new furniture.

Judgemental

Walked in to purchase a kitchen table and possibly purchase furniture for my son's home (full set up). Unfortunately, we were passed up, looked up and down by 2 sales persons. My wife I came from our lake house and decided to hit them up on our way home (we were dressed very casual). After walking around, finally a sales person came to us, he was friendly, willing to help. During the purchase we found out these persons work directly of commission, which surprises us, you think you would want all sales! With that to the salespersons that judged us/ that wouldn't give us the time of day.there is a reason why I don't work weekends/ holidays, and make my own schedule.think about that.never judge the book by its cover.
