Gabrielson Truck Repair and Towing LLC, Chillicothe MO

I blew a turbo just west of Chillicothe. I have an N-14 standard which is 20 years old. Parts are getting hard to find for it. Gabrielson’s towed me in, started work on my old truck the next morning. They found a new turbo w/warranty, a new charge air cooler and also discovered in the process I had two of three broken bolts on my fan hub. They successfully drilled those out of the block & properly secured my fan hub which had also ruined my belts because the hub was loose. They had to drive 50 miles right at quitting time to get the belts but they did it just to get me going ASAP.
David & all they guys who worked on my truck were simply the best. Friendly, professional & thorough.

Drove cross country with a loaded van on a trailer; hit MO highway construction and almost lost my trailer load fishtailing. Limped to the nearest Walmart parking lot, where I tried my popular road side service. I needed a roll back to help realign my trailer load. They got me into contact with another local tow company who wanted to charge me 4x what Gabrielson did. Josh, Gabrielson employee who came out, was quick to arrive and did exactly what I asked of him, even though he tried to suggest a different position, he allowed me to have my way and it worked great. He also tied my load in such a way that it did not rock and shake like it had been. I was really very impressed with his speed, efficiency, and professionalism.

Nice & polite tow driver. Scott hurst he is good for me when I was on a side of a freeway when I hit deer. My fuel filter has busted and he will fix if it minor damage. I save my time and deliver my load in time. I never forget this helpful personality. Thanks scott

Our trailer lost a tire and our family was stranded on the side of the road. After several hours of waiting and attempting to get assistance from other places, my husband got in contact with Gabrielson’s. Eric M came and helped to get us back to the shop. He was helpful, professional, and very kind. He worked hard to get things done very quickly and at minimal cost to us. I would highly recommend this company! They were amazing!

So it is not open 24h! After hours they have a guy that will come even if you are at the shop, they will charge you the $85 road call fee plus two hour minimum usually, at $135 an hour. A small $10 coolant hose replacement cost me $285 parts and labour. Shortly I was on the road, when nothing open around at night, I guess thats the price you gotta pay

Nothing but great things to say about Gabrielsons! Josh was the technician that came to our rescue and he was wonderful! We are in a 45’ coach and we had a blowout on the side of a busy divided highway. He had us back on the road in short order. Highly recommend their services!

Shout out to Josh. Called little after 6pm, just outside town, needed help getting truck unstuck from soggy gravel roads. Showed up within 15 mins in his personal truck to see what needed done, pulled me free with his personal, Helped me get hooked backup to my trailer in-and-out by 630. Super friendly dude I would have a couple beers with. (No driving of course lol)

When I called the service dept at Gabrielson they quickly had a tech come out and Diagnosed the problem and while he was working on it they had the parts needed delivered to the tech. Scott Hurst was the tech that came out and repaired my truck. He was super friendly, courteous and efficient. Got me up and running very quickly.

Awesome service! Very friendly and very nice people. Eric (I think that was his name) Was very up front about things and let me know what they found out with my truck. I was so impressed by the prompt arrival of Gabrielson's Truck and Towing; our driver arrived on the scene at the same time as the on-duty State Trooper. I had a trunk full of groceries that our driver, Jake Cranmer, moved to my husband's truck in the pouring rain. Jake was patient with us as we made phone calls to determine the best place to take our vehicle. So thankful we called Gabrielson's and we will definitely call again if we are ever in a similar situation!

Getting the trailer back on the road without any damage had been the experts mission. The experts Josh, Jake, Tristan and James didn't hesitate to get a 42,000lb loaded trailer lifted without any damage to differential, brakes etc. I asked Josh how they lifted without movement that would damage the trailer. Lots of Geometry. That's why the moves to lift the truck out of a jam took multiple lifts and shifts b4 a final lift to put the trailer back on the road. My company and I were very thankful for their expertise

Found myself in a ditch and they were very quick to show up. Everyone I talked to was very friendly and got me back on the road quick and for a fair price, especially compared to other companies I’ve had to use before.
