Really good breakfast food. Friendly and fast service. I had a create-your-own omelet and it was good! They even have smoked salmon you can get in your omelet. They also do create-your-own burritos along with plenty of delicious menu items. There is also a bar inside.

Cozy cafe with a wide selection of breakfast foods. Bring an empty stomach here because the food is delicious and will definitely fill you up!

Prices are reasonable, the food is delicious, the staff are friendly, and the establishment is clean with a wonderful aesthetic. My mixed drink wasn't the best, I feel like it was a bit pricey for what I received, but overall the experience was great.

The stuffed waffles with apple butter were amazing. Also I really appreciate being able to order pancakes and French toast dishes that come with savory things like eggs and bacon. Many breakfast joints make you choose one of the other.

Absolutely loved this place especially the coffee, the service was great and food was amazing, it does get busy but definitely worth the 10-15 min wait, prices were very responsible and worth every penny/dollar!

Best place to cure a hang over! I love the eggs Benedict and homefries! It gets busy and you can tell-sometimes have to send back for my poached eggs to be runny not hard boiled lol

The service was awesome! Loved that they support local Artists with live music and artwork, for sale, on the walls. The food was delish. I'm so glad we stopped.

Best breakfast on the planet. I travel for work and this is the best place in the continental U. S. You will never get a bad meal and the staff is fantastic. I'm glad "covid" didn't take this place from us as so many mom and pops have closed. I do not now nor will I ever consume corporate owned garbage.

Popular place for breakfast. Had a little wait. They had a harp player - never have experienced a harp being played in a restaurant - It was very nice to hear a harp in person. Breakfast was good, it took a while to get once seated (longer wait than to be seated).

Loved Gailey's. Sat at the counter overlooking all the action in the kitchen. Best seats in the house.folks were hustling! I had the Bear Hug.eggs, sausage, potatoes and biscuits and gravy. Nope not the diet plate.but really good. My wife had the pumpkin waffle eggs and links. Very very good. Coffee was also delicious. We will be back next time we are in town. Oh did I mention there was live music.very cool.

This little eatery is super cozy, clean and we'll maintained. The pancakes are about 9 inches in diameter. The bacon I ordered was amazing. Eggs were cooked perfectly. The coffee was not the best. The prices are slightly above average. I ordered the short stack, it came with a pork product, and 2 eggs for 8.99.
The food was warm, we prefer hot. My butter would not melt on my pancakes. They do however have real butter. That is a big deal for us. We are going to go back. Their menu is rather impressive and we want to see what other super delicious items they offer. I would recommend this place for sure.
I did not go into the bathroom so I don't know how clean it is.

With as busy as the restaurant is you need to allow people to call and set up reservations. Instead of standing outside like cattle. Especially as it gets colder foods great but that pushes me away

I wish I had a restaurant like Gailey's in my city! Visited Springfield for a conference and this place was perfect for a healthy and delicious breakfast every day of it.

I got on Google and looked for a place to eat in Springfield that was not a big chain restaurant. I found Gailey's breakfast Cafe and it was awesome. The best breakfast I've ever had. Artwork all over the walls, a guy playing music in the corner. Fast service, food was fast but did not taste like fast food it was amazing️️

Easily one of the best restaurants for breakfast in Springfield. I go consistently when I am home. Great food. Great service. Gaileys is the place to be.

Really good food but some is just a touch pricy. Service is great, but the coffee hasn't been real great last couple times there although that is subjective.
