A good duo was entertaining. Other people there were very friendly. Reminded me of the show Cheers. People knew each other.

This little out of the way place was close to the hotel we stayed in so we walked to it and it was well worth the walk. I had the bacon cheeseburger with mushrooms and it's the best hamburger I've had in a very long time. We were seated immediately and service was wonderful, friendly and efficient. Definitely recommend this place

Great place. Happy hour was awesome. Apps were great and the service was fantastic. It's obvious the owners and staff are dedicated to providing a great atmosphere for their customers. We will be going back.

Came in to grab a late night meal, was expecting the typical sub par food/service most places give around closing time. We were astonished by the AMAZING service and food! The bartender (Ashley?), was very sweet and knowledgeable. My boyfriend has very specific drink tastes, and she came prepared! We got the eight ounce cheeseburger and the chicken gyro, it was top-notch and I finished my food in minutes! Me and my boyfriend have added The Galloway to the short list of quality places to go for date night!

It was my first visit here and I came to listen to a jazz band with friends. We decided to eat there since we were going for the music.

I ordered a veggie flatbread which was described as crispy and that's what I was expecting. The flavor was fine but the bread was soft, not crispy at all and that was part of the description that really appealed to me. I was disappointed.

My friend ordered a Reuben sandwich and it looked delicious and she loved it.

The music was really good and the service was friendly and helpful so overall I had a good experience. I just wouldn't order a crispy flatbread from them again!

If I could give this a negative star I would. The only saving grace was our waitress, April, who did the job of her manager.

It took us an hour to get our food and when we finally did 3 of the 5 plates were inedible. 2 of the burgers were completely raw, the fries were cold, the sandwhich was cold and missing the dressing, the dressings for the salads were warm- truly just not good. You could tell the food had been sitting for a LONG while.

After waiting another 30 mins, the manager still did not come and talk with us but instead sent our waitress with the bill- only taking off the 2 burgers.

After some discussion with our waitress and her taking the bill back to the manager (who would still not come and speak us personally) - our bill totalled $54, with only 2 of the 5 people being able to eat their food. Mind you, at this point we'd been waiting OVER an hour and half just so we could pay for our drinks (3 teas and a tall beer), two plates of food, and tip our waitress.

The waitress apologized, but I told her this was not her job. The manager should've taken the time to come over and speak with us about bill.

Overall just a HORRIBLE experience. This place used to be good. I cannot recommend spending your money somewhere else enough.

TERRIBLE! I wish there was an option for a zero star. Our poor server was so overloaded, we waited over an hour for cold fries and two raw hamburgers, and a cold Reuben sandwich that had no dressing, not what was ordered, then a &12 burned brat. The manager was having a meltdown, per our server, bc there was a huge party upstairs with the same problems, so he would not even talk to us. Save your $50, do not go there. We did end up going to McAlisters which I would highly recommend over Galloway Station!

Went here by a recommendation from a friend. They serve fried green olives and cold beer on draft. They have specials everyday, we got Guinness for $5. The owner and staff are friendly. Looks like they have pool tables upstairs. Cool pictures and other items on the walls. They are a challenge to get to with GPS, but if you look for the upper level deck tucked in the back close to Republic road, you will find it.

We came here on 7/28/23 for dinner, not only did our food take over an hour, two of our hamburgers were raw and missing sauces, our Ruben was ice cold and missing the dressing, and the manager refused to talk to us because he was " on the verge of a mental break down" according to our waitress.if he can't handle the stress of being a manager he shouldn't be manager.however our waitress April was a Rockstar and took care of us the best she could.

Ever tried a fried green olive? No? Well then you're missing out on one of the jewels of life. Where can I find one of these jewels you might ask? Why Galloway Station in Springfield Missouri of course! Oh and while you're there being served by some of the friendliest people in the 417, be sure to try some of the other items on their delicious menu, like the Greek flatbread or Gyro! Amazing atmosphere and food. Came here all the time in college and loved coming back while passing through.

Really enjoyed the bbq burger! Michael at the bar was super helpful and very personable. There was live music that was enjoyable for a Friday night. Will definitely return here!

Service is slow and mediocre, any planned events means you need to be there an hour before scheduled to get food or sometimes even a table. Every server I’ve had has been unfocused and seemly drinking, besides a newer blonde woman who seemed to do pretty well. When service is bad and ownership is sketchy, choose somewhere else. Google local business owners and vote with your dollar! Cheap bar food and the loudest background music you’ve ever heard is not worth it.

Mike welcomed us & gave us the most upstanding service. Drinks were never empty. Loaded nachos were great. Reuben egg rolls hit the spot. The gyro simply amazing. Drinks are cold. Clean & not expensive. Definitely will be back. Often.

It was not a good experience.took way too long to get waited on. They were only moderately busy. Waitress had a bit of an attitude. I will not go back.

This place used to be great. It has gone way downhill. I went to enjoy some $6 Bud Light pitchers, which is advertised on their board as the Thursday special. When I got my bill they had charged me $14 per pitcher. I was told they discontinued that promotion. Even though they were still advertising it, they said there was nothing they could do and I had to pay the new price. This is not the first time something like this has happened. I am (was) a semi-regular but won’t be spending any more money there. I hope the $16 they swindled me for was worth it.
