Love my vet office! Staff and care are just the best! They even handle my old grumpy hound mix, Mr. Gus- Not ever switching! Ty for taking such great care of gus and Lucy.

Best veterinary/groomer/boarding we’ve ever been too. So grateful we found them after moving here from GA. Our sweet pups are always so happy to come here, especially out Magnolia because she gets to play with other big dogs.

The vets and techs are wonderful. They let us bring our other dog, even though she wasn't being looked at, but suffers from separation anxiety. Explanation of diagnosis was clear and prices are reasonable. We'll definitely keep coming back.

The clinic is always remarkably clean. The staff and doctors are so caring about my pets. I feel as if I was the only client they have. It is wonderful service.

Hands down - the best vet experience I've had. Super friendly staff, techs, and doctor! Was able to be seen the same day for an appt, which is almost unheard of. They explained everything, quoted and estimated the cost of the procedures and options. It's hard to describe in words, but as a person with anxiety I often times do not feel comfortable in these situations, and I can say that this was the most comfortable I have ever felt going to a vet. 100% will be going back in the future for any animal care needs that come up.

I love the doctors and staff at Galloway Village Veterinary. I’m able to get appointments in a timely manner and I trust the doctors and staff with my fur babies. They answer all my questions, to the best of their abilities and work with me to find solutions that fit our family. They are great!

The staff was very professional and got us in right away when our vet couldn’t. The vet gave me enough information about what was going on with my dog so that I knew what to look for and how to help. So glad they took her in and gave her the care she needed! Will most likely be bringing both of our dogs here.

I have been looking high and low for a cat groomer even putting a plead on line but with no response then I found Galloway Village Veterinary and they were able to shave and bath him, now we bath are happy again.

Took my senior dog in to get groomed in case they had to sedate him for the grooming. They didn't and they were very helpful in every way. Sara was great in helping me to understand everything, and Frank did a good job on his grooming, and nails. I was very pleased. They called the next day to check on him and see how he was doing, so I felt good about that. So glad I have a steady place to go now.

They made room in their busy schedule to see my sick cat, Hostess. Professional and caring. I'm happy to have found my cats vet home!

I recently moved to Springfield and called here first to establish care for my pup…. This was hands down the strangest call I have had in a while… I don’t want to bring my dog anywhere near someplace that sounds this unorganized. In its simplest form, the call went as follows:

Me: Hi, I’d like to establish care for my pet, just a wellness visit as I moved here from Arizona.

Susan: yes absolutely, do you know what you need? We are booked 3 weeks out and we will require a deposit for your appointment.

Me: sure. I don’t need anything specifically. Just establishing care with a new vet for my pup as I moved from out of state. Can you tell me what the deposit amount is?

Susan: please hold…
Susan: do you know what you need? The deposit is $57. A wellness exam is $54

Me: so my deposit is more than the exam? I am confused?

Susan: correct

Me: ok thanks for the insight. I am going to call around….

Lol what? I’m still confused what just happened on this phone call?

I took my munchkin cat POTUS (Mr. President) for a sedation groom last week. They did a fabulous job. Cleanest lion cut he's ever had. I booked another appointment for a sedation groom for my other cat Pablo!

We recommend your groomer, Bonnie. We recently brought our Shih Tzu, Keno in for grooming and she did a great job on him.
She also groomed our Maltese, Megan, again doing an outstanding job on her.

Great customer service and I really trust them with my pets. Definitely not the cheapest choice but I am happy using them.

Awesome and knowledgeable staff. They offer options for the complete wellbeing of our precious furbabies. They are the most compassionate and caring veterinarians and staff I have ever met. I am so very lucky to have then care for our pets.

I have been taking my cats here for 3+ years and Galloway Village Vet has always gone above and beyond for my fur babies! They have been there for us for simple things like rabies shots to bigger issues such as a toe amputation. They always call to check on them and make sure they are doing okay after a visit and I always get an email saying happy birthday on their birthdays. A great example is the past couple of weeks my cat has been struggling with some bathroom issues. I ended up taking my kitty to the emergency vet because it was after hours and they treated her for a suspected UTI. I thought that was the end of it, but about a week later she was back to going to the litter box repeatedly and seemed uncomfortable. This time it was during business hours so I called GVV. They immediately knew which kitty I was referring to and they squeezed me in same day. Dr. Rust was our vet and she is absolutely amazing! She examined my cat and was not able to get a urine sample (same issue the emergency vet had). Instead of sending her home with medicine for a suspected UTI or making us get a urine sample on our own, Dr Rust arranged for my baby to spend the night so that they could get a urine sample to confirm that this is the issue and she did not charge me for the overnight stay. And of course I got a call this morning to check on her. GVV has gone above and beyond to confirm what was going on with my cat and make sure she is comfortable/doing well and this is why I will continue to take my pets here. Highly recommend them!

Dr. Rust is fantastic! She’s patient with my questions, gentle with my two elderly cats, and has never talked down to me like many doctors do. My cats are family and I trust her to consider their needs as carefully as I do.

The staff and Dr’s truly care about their patients. They are reliable, responsive, and compassionate. They communicate after appointments to check in and they reach out when my Shepherd is due for something. I would not take my pets anywhere else! Thank you for such great care!
