False advertisement! Price on used game was 16$ cheaper then what they tried to sell it as. Then the clerk would do nothing about it. Garbage customer service. Ebay has it for 3$ cheaper then their false price. Go to Ebay people! Lost a 16 year customer. Do you know how much until today I used to spend here? Lmao.
False advertising. Price on used game $15 more then sticker price. Terrible customer service. Better price and service at Wal-Mart. Better prices on Amazon and EBay with free shipping and they don't waste my time. Lost 11 year customer and thousands of $$$.
Gamestop in Blue Springs, MO has an excellent staff. They are knowledgeable in the games you are looking for as well those you may not realize. Not too pushy either and that is a great thing. The current manager, Brian has put together a really great staff that learns their regulars by sight and name!
These assholes tried charging people $5 for something that's free (the Pokemon X/Y megastones). I read the email, called corporate level, and verified with 3 other Game Stops in TWO other states that this is a promotional Pokemon event and the megastones are supposed to be *free*. However, this Game Stop said that either you have to pre-order Omega Ruby/Alpha Sapphire, OR, pay $5. Sounds like they are trying to pocket some money on the side.
Gamestop in Blue Springs has a great staff, great selection! The staff knows me and my account by name and phone number! This is easily the best place to go buying games if you are a gamer of current trends such as last-gen and current-gen!
I got home to use the psn gift card I bought and I tried putting it on my PS3 but it say the code you entered may not be correct but it is correct so now I'm not shopping at GameStop again.
The Assistant Manager that works here is the rudest person at any store I have dealt with. She yelled at me and was disrespectful.

This place is a miss. Every time i call i get put on hold and its gotten to the point they don't even ask they tell you their putting you on hold and DO it. Customer service is a hit or miss. Some of them are nice and some are not. Smaller selection. And iv bought used discs that were in horrible condition. Gamestop itself is turning to junk and their app is worse than their company. I saved a bunch of prices under their trade option in the morning and by the timei got to the store the same day the prices changed immensely. Screw this company i took my 2 reserves off and I'm done with games stop. They suck anyway.
Honestly this was the worst customer service experience I've ever had. Austin was no help to me at all. Please terminate him or I will never return here. Lower prices for used games. Thanks
