GameStop, Springfield MO

Showed up to buy a switch wireless controller was the only on in the store they blew me off ignored me even after other people came in still ignoring me while I'm asking to buy the picachu controller finally I walked out

Super helpful folks, especially the manager. Gained a bunch of knowledge in the short time I spoke with him and I'm no dummy.

I think GameStop should really be regulated I don't know anybody else that's allowed to rip kids off for a living I feel like this practice is horrible they spend a lot of hard-earned money on your products most of them used to begin with that you paid two or three dollars for that you turned around and sold them for $50 $40 it's ridiculous a company with no conscience

The employees are either pushy and rude or just rude. I thought the guy we bought the Switch with was pushy about sales and not very friendly, but I was shocked today when the young last was also very rude. I was the only one in there but she acted like I was a bother. I had to return a preowned switch I bought the day before because it was damaged. I’d go to the one by Barnes and noble. We’ve always had great experiences there.

One of the better game stops I've been to. Store was clean and staff was friendly. I especially like their selection of collectibles. It wasn't inherently bigger than that of other game stops. Just stuff more suited to my taste. So no bonus points for that. It was just nice to see.
My only complaint is that you have to travel through the Walmart parking lot to get to it.

I always love game stop and even more when they will price match their ad they have online but not fully in store.

Supposed to open at 11 am, guy showed up at. 11: 05 I left store at 11: 30 because I don't have all day to waste.
That was today Monday June 14th.

These guys are always a ton of help and passionate about their jobs. At least, it appears that way anyhow.

I would leave a great review if they would answer the phones when they're open at 3: 50pm on a Monday

The male employee who’s names starts with an R who was working on March 17th 5: 45 pm was a total jerk. Terrible customer service, I would avoid this location entirely if possible. Will never be shopping here again. Employees can’t even help me track a $800+ order and acted like it’s not there problem and kept directing me to the 1-800 number that gets me talking to somebody outside of the US who is just as unhelpful.

I hate what gamestop has become all order online if I wanted to order online only I would order it from Amazon thanks gamestop for sucking now.

The staff was very helpful by answering all my questions (and I had alot). Selection was limited, but in their defense it is almost Christmas.

Lots of cool stuff.
But i price shopped and tsrget was 12 dollars cheaper.
