Collectibles Store GameStop reviews
16Michelle is the store leader and has absolutely made a return customer out of me I’m someone who typically prefers to just shop online, but she made it a great experience, extremely genuine in conversation, and searched around other stores and their central inventory system to find what I was looking for. THANK YOU MICHELLE
They weren't the nicest those kids they actually were too busy talking amongst themselves to even acknowledge what we were needing then when they did go get it their conversation kept going not a goodbye not a thank you not a high nothing it's crazy we had to interrupt with them very rude
Went at 4PM they were closed with no explanation. Went at 7PM same day they were closed with no explanation. Drove to Springfield and they did not have what we wanted. Ended up buying from Walmart.
Ive been to this location loved it but everybody that 1-2 stars were 1. Annoying to the employees or 2. They had a few bad employees on shift my case is done
Just got a pro mem today from regular membership. The staff was extremely friendly and help us saved a lot. Definitely a come back from their before approach for their membership promotions. Love it! Definitely will be seeing a lot of me from this store.
Absolutely worst customer service! I understand it was busy but the way the rep handled my transaction was absolutely unacceptable! Didn’t greet us as we walked up to the counter, told us nothing about the game. Told us our total and asked if we wanted a bag. Nothing else was said! Other reps were taking with the customers giving great service and being a great help. Never going back.
I've shopped gamestop since it was Eb games way back in the day. I like this store more than any other cause it's more likely to have the games I'm looking for.
Very informational. Idk n e thing about gaming, so they helped me with all my questions to make sure I got the right things. Lol
Super helpful and friendly staff. Even during busy hours they were able to answer my questions and lead me in the right direction. Rocky helped me save money on a good headset and even showed me how to get more discounts! Highly recommend this location!
Every time I come in here I receive great and friendly personal service. One of the guys turned me on to a game called the forest after taking at least 20 minutes of his time looking for games for me and chit chatting about my gaming preferences. I feel bad that I don't remember his name but he has that light frosted hair. You know who you are dude lol. The rest of the crew there is awesome as well and they never fail to provide top-notch quality service. Keep it up guys and thank you! I wanted to update my review for the frosted haired dude. His name is Scot. He's the assistant manager I believe. Just wanted to say thanks again for your great knowledge base and customer service.
Honestly, never had any issue with Gamestop but especially never with this location. Even though most games are digital now a days you can still physical copies or buy the digital copy at GameStop to earn rewards. I've got the Pro rewards and, seriously, worth it. Guys they give you $5 coupons every month but discounts. If you don't want the games themselves they've got a pretty good selection of merch at very reasonable prices. Plus accessories like headsets, controllers, they've even got keyboards and cameras and the occulus quest now. Honestly, people say GameStop is a dying breed but I disagree I think they can reimagine and get those merch sales going and cater to some pc players and streamers and they'll be golden. Once the pandemic is over, I'm looking forward to a good old GameStop Midnight Release party. I don't think GameStop has to die just because the world is digital I think they've got the capability of evolving and continuing to "give power to the players". I may be a small streamer but I'm still loyal to GameStop. Something about that place just feels like home.
Will never preorder here again. Cashier appeared visibly upset that I was cancelling a preorder that I found at Walmart for 50 bucks less, while Gamestop kept moving the release to further in the future. Felt I was annoyance, not a customer service experience I'd want to repeat.
Always have a great experience each time we come. Angie was especially helpful today and helped me to pre-order the new switch and animal crossing game.
Been to this store twice in the last few months and found both times that the customer service is horrible. The one on North Kansas expressway is 1000 times better!
Good selection of pre-owned games. This made it easy to find some reasonably priced Christmas gifts for my nephew's first venture into gaming.
Great size for the store, with lots of space to move around and see various merchandise. They have an amazing selection of nerdy and weeb merch for anyone who walks in the door.
