15Would be a good place to grab quick games if the days time employee with the pony tail wasn’t so insufferable will up sale you to death and won’t let you purchase a game without a phone number for some reason.
Literally our favorite GameStop we love the employees there always so helpful and kind, keep up the good work there guys, the two guys who are always there definitely deserve a raise!
I made the mistake of asking to see one of the new Xbox’s. I was aggressively told “ you have to buy it to even look at it”. Then I had the audacity to turn to my friend and say I just put a bunch of disposable income into crypto. He somehow heard that and informed me that the market just crashed…I just wanted to look at video games and now I hate myself.
Tried to trade in an iphone x that they have listed on site just to drive out and them say they dont take them anymore. Waste of time and gas. They don't update their pages with correct info and get you in store and try to sell something else. Bait and switch.
Best customer service I have had in a very long time. I thanked Caleb for the steps he took to get my transaction to go through and he politely replied he treats customers the way he would want to be treated. Words of wisdom. Gamestop is lucky to have such a caring employee representing them. Much appreciated.
Terrible with arrival dates on games.bought Madden 22 for my birthday in store.was told I would receive it by Monday. Tomorrow is Oct 14 and will be 4 days late. They talked me into renewing my membership like always.wanting that money. And are not reliable on there word in arrival dates. All bad.

Employees are just flat out rude. I find myself going to any other GameStop. (This store has lost a lot of business due to the man who runs it primarily)
I was shopping just to see what I could get selling an older game system but I have asthma, which is a legitimate exemption to the COVID-19 mask mandate and I was the only customer in the store (only reason I say this is the masks have caused me to get lightheaded and faint and navigating COVID has definitely been a challenge.) But this location would not budge I told the worker to have a nice day and that I understood it was a store policy and that I just wouldn’t shop here. The associate was kind and super helpful and I don’t wish him anything to happen to him as I know it’s not his fault.
Companies like GameStop can’t just slap a one size fits all policy on a intricate issue such as COVID-19. I hope that they consider adapting their policy to the upheld government mandate and not forcing certain customers who may be marginalized by the mask mandate and may not be able to follow the mandate at all times. I can’t sell my console online sadly without dealing with eBay I just am used to doing business with GameStop directly. Overall a 2 star experience for the customer service and a 3 star deduction for not really being able to do anything with my console.

Place was rider at store didn’t have knowledge on placing order made me pay for 2 day shipping and I waited 2 days for them to process order still haven’t been received called store manager said he didn’t know how to look up orders called another store he looked my order up and told me I should be receding today or tomorrow still hasn’t seen anything and it’s not updating in fed ex needs a clear process feel like a scam!
My son and I asked the guy who worked there if we could buy a Zelda game for the switch and his reply was, U HAVE TO WEAR A MASK TO BE IN HERE. I replied that we were more than happy to go across the street and buy at Target. And that's what we did and they were very helpful at Target.
Great service at this store. Ask for Paul. He used to work at the state line store and went way out of his way a couple times to help me get stuff straight on my account. Great guy.
Been trying to call and get some information about an item for 2 days now as i cannot go into the store until monday and they have ignored the phone every single time.
I have been coming here for over a decade, I've seen all sorts of employees and managers come and go. I can honestly say that the management here is great, they always look to help every customer and they treat their loyal customers like a business should. They make you feel genuinely appreciated to have your business.
