Carley did my facial today, she is so kind, genuine, and professional! The salon is beautiful, spacious, and very clean! Carley really took her time with my facial and made sure I am pampered to the fullest. Thank you Gangnam Spa! I am very happy with the results of the facial!

I had the pleasure of speaking with Jamie, and let me tell you she’s fabulous! She is so considerate and really takes the time to educate and then some! Jamie, is hands down, one on the many/a major reason (s) to choose this medi spa! I can’t say enough good things about Jamie and I don’t have much space to write everything I want to but to summarize, Jamie is absolutely fabulous! She has many years in the industry and it’s obvious when you get the chance to interact with her/ have services done, you leave feeling great about yourself (especially the way you look). First time coming here and I was amazed how beautiful, clean, spacious and relaxing this spa is! There are a variety of services and facials you can get here and they are worth every penny. You can tell the estheticians pride themselves in their skills and caring for you. You’re relaxing in a quiet, peaceful ambiance, with sweet aromas and a warm heated bed. They have monthly or annual membership subscriptions too for a great price! They also sell different skincare products and give helpful advice for aftercare and when to come back. I felt so rejuvenated during and after my service. My skin is glowing and feels better already! I will definitely be recommending to my family and come back in a month

I've never had a facial, but I really wanted to treat myself & my fiancé to a luxurious and pampering experience. So, when I found a Groupon, I bought it immediately. The Groupon was $167 (original price $600) for two 90 minute VIP dermaplaning facial treatments with chemical peel and extra massage.

The girl who did my facial was Carley, and she was SO good at her job. They give you a wrap towel to change into, and the bed you lay on is warm and heated. I have never been so pampered, and I can see why people do this regularly. The upper body massage, from the face to the neck to the upper back to the arms to the hands, while cleansing and moisturizing almost put me to sleep. After dermaplaning, the skin on my face felt like a baby's bottom. The chemical peel was a bit uncomfortable (it's supposed to be tingly), so I don't think I would get this part again. My face was absolutely glowing after the facial and even the next day!

Paid $1200 in cash for 3 sessions of nanofractional radio frequency. My skin still looks the same, if not worse because of the amount of dark spots (even with aftercare products of expensive creams, oils, and sunblock of ALL kinds).

Paid $700 for 2 microblading sessions on my eye brows. Then I found out that Moon gets $200 for referring me to Hannah, who did my brows after proclaiming herself as an “expert” after studying in Vietnam for years. So let me ask you: Would you be happy if your brows looked like this…? YOU be the judge.

It was absolutely amazing. A must for sure! I highly recommend this place. High class, but also makes you feel at ease and relaxed. The workers are so friendly and inviting. I am already planning my next visit. I live about an hour away, but this place is by far worth the drive. Can’t wait to come back.

The place was, well-kept and clean. Very modern and up to date. Their tools and supplies are endless. Go to them for all your needs.

So I had an appointment today but due to emergency I couldn’t make it as my associate was in the hospital, she took my $25 I understand that but won’t credit me for the $25 for future services. Which I find is not right if I do plan on coming to your facility and using you.
