I had someone from Gary's team as my realtor. She was great. However, I feel like I was pressured to overpay and make "serious" offers. (Ultimately, I overpaid by about $10-$20k.should've stuck with my guts and original offer.)

There were some loose ends at closing due to documentation issues, luckily resolved on the same day.

What prompted this review: I got a check from my title company almost 6 months after closing because the home warranty company closed and the check was never paid to them (by the seller). I never got any notice, and only the title company caught this as they were cleaning up their files. I'm afraid I'm going to learn what else was messily done. I'd rather be reassured of thoroughness than quickness.

Gary is knowledgeable, caring and dedicated to helping people buy and sell! Gary was an outstanding realtor to work with. He helped us list and purchase our home. We were nervous about the process but Gary made the process easy, stress free and quick. He went above and beyond to help us and we are highly satisfied with our story!

Gary was the first Realtor we worked with when moving to KC, still remember him rolling up in his Neon Green car to show us a house. I tend to overthink a lot of things and Gary was very patient, helpful & reassuring. I want to say he showed us at least a handful of houses. He didn’t rush us when looking at houses or when it came to buying the house, his top priority was helping us find a home we’d be comfortable. Even after a month of moving in to our new house Gary continues to offer advice or help out any way he can. I definitely recommend letting Gary and his team help you find your new home!
