Got me in early. I had no problem setting up an appointment. They treated me nice and did what I asked. They didn't try to sell me anything extra. And they didn't have attitude like some other dealerships.

Had issues with my exhaust bolts backing out. Jake got them all tightened back up for me and then Jay brought the bike back to me. Couldn’t have asked for quicker service. These two guys are top of the line

Bike selection was awesome! Entire staff, Michaela, Josh, Darryl to name a few were all extremely courteous, knowledgeable and professional. If you're looking for a new bike, definitely head over to Gateway Harley!

We're on a road trip from chicago to san francisco. A few stops at Harley shops.
The best:
Saint Louis MO, a warm welcome from all the guys in the dealership. A warm welcome in the lounges.
Worst experience: Amarillo Texas. Cold reception with staff who ignore us. Yet we're making purchases.
Just goes to show that with such a strong brand, the quality of the welcome depends on the bosses. For Amarillo it's zero.thanks to the Gateway HD team, they're great.

Kevin and Josh are amazing dudes, constantly making sure i’m taken care of even after purchasing my bike. Christy and Brad in service are phenomenal employees, couldn’t be happier to have them work on my bike.

We purchased our first Harley from Dave at Gateway and it was the best experience. He made everything run as smooth as possible. He went through all of the bikes with us to make sure we had the right one. Once selected he went over the whole bike with us and made sure we were comfortable before we left. We highly suggest Dave at Gateway for anyone wanting a Harley!

Gateway is the perfect name for this dealership. It's like entering the gateway to bike heaven, they for the inventory and they got the class. Make sure you set your appointment with Jen G because you'll get the full VIP experience. I'll be sure to be back!

We bought so many extra warranty’s on a new 2018 bike including free oil changed and service for 3 years, free pick up and delivery, priority appointments which means we can just show up and be serviced. Not true. After we paid all the money we were told we need to make the appointments in advance and that they will either pick up or drop off. Not both. Lol. Now we keep getting emails and texts about them wanting us to trade ours in. We were there last year getting our bike serviced and were given an embarrassingly low price on our 2018 road glide special with less than 10,000 miles on it. Ridiculous. We bought it brand new from there. Our VIP service ran out so no more free oil changes. We still have a warranty so will have to come there for that. We weren’t even interested in trading in but were roped in by someone telling us a high price, then after 3 hrs of waiting around told a very low price. Also told a low price for a bike we were just looking at to kill the time while oil was being changed. So roped in again on that. We were told 24,000 for our bike and 27,000 for the one we were looking at. Great deal. Then when it came down to it we were officially offered 16,000 for ours and the other one was 32,000. It was 1 year newer and had more miles. SMH. Also we have been there 3 times for work and our brakes are squeaking and they worked on it 3 times and they are still squeaking. We are 2 hrs away. Not so easy to just pop in to have brakes looked at. I will not be buying another bike from this place.

I scheduled a 15,000 mile service with Gateway the day before and they got me in quickly. I pulled in this morning and Ryan from the service department checked me in. He went over what the service would involve with my bike and I got in. The technician (forgive me I did not get his name) found that my front wheel did not look correct. They brought me back into the shop to show me, as the ABS censor was free spinning with the spacer which I had not noticed. They asked if I wanted them to take it off and investigate but it would cost me. I let them know as I did not have much money, it is better to know what the issue was. It did turn out that I had the wrong bearings in my front wheel. They were able to find the correct ones I needed and got me sorted away without any other issue.
Both Ryan and the technician were professional and gave me explanations as one would with a friend helping out in a garage. These types of personal interactions at Gateway Harley Davidson is what keeps me coming back, as if I was treated like part of the family.

Pushy sales guys. Tried the place gor tte last time.no prices on the bikes. Same ol story. Take your info. Did has good shirt deals. Blister pack prices 10$ higher then other.took my Buddy bto look at a new rg. Left there went docs. He bought.sorry guys. It's the sales guys

They found me a nice bike at a good price. Josh went above and beyond to get me a down payment that was in my budget. Everyone over at Gateway treats you like family. Awesome people over there. I highly recommend anyone looking for a bike to go checkout the atmosphere at that dealership.

It is difficult to express in words my experience over the past couple of days, but I will try. Your sales team, all the way to the director of operations, was hands-on, courteous, knowledgeable and professional. They understand the customer, their needs and wants. At one point there was a gap I didn’t think we could close, but your team gave me more options and a sale was made. While in the shop going over the final paperwork, I was comfortable and knew I was in good hands. It was a pleasure doing business with you.

Getting the call from Kevin, that the bike I wanted was available was awesome.great service, kind representation of Harley Davidson. Also service has proven to be high caliber. Since my other bike is in maintenance.

I was passing through, and needed a tire. GatewayHD, couldn't have been more accommodating. They had tires for my older Dyna, and had me back on the open road, in no time. Great job to the whole store.

Worst experience I could have, trying to purchase my first Harley. I was lied to for two days about the bike I got approved for with my loan. Set a time to come up and take the bike home
Had a hard inquirer hit on my credit just for them to call me well after all the planning and details to tell me someone just came in and put a deposit on the bike and it was pending for someone else now. I cancelled my appointment and the manager called me to tell me even more lies that the fellow who put a deposit on it today put the deposit on the bike a week ago. Both the sales woman and manager should get there’s stories straight before they make separate phone calls. At the least a gross error with my sales woman at the most “bold face Liars”
Waste of time and energy P poor business ethics. Will never look at another bike from that place again.

This is the second bike we have gotten and couldn't be happier with not just the bike but experience we received from David Philips and Joshua Heath and rest of the team make you leave feeling like you're part of the family.

DJ is a cool dude. Not pushy at all. Just a laid back kinda guy. DJ and the dealership made me feel like I was part of the Gateway family. Very nice people to work with. Thanks again DJ, Josh and Javier.

Needed help from service guys Luke and Hoops hooked me up by listening to my bike during my trip! Amazing attitudes, amazing help, amazing respect! Definitely going back there again! I give it 5 stars! The two ladies I talked to on the phone were amazing help too! Minnesota bound!

Gosh darn it love this dealership.

Motorclothes gals Amber, Selena, and Stephanie do a fantastic job everyday. The parts staff Mike and Jeremy are super knowledgeable, and the service staff are quick and handy.

Javier is probably the coolest finance dude around. And Victoria is great at having some crazy fun events.

If you’re in town stop on by. You don’t wanna miss it.
