Gateway Pediatrics, Chesterfield MO

I called the office in Chesterfield with the intention of getting same day appointment with a dr and the lady on the phone was extremely rude. I was told “if the fever is that high you have to give him something “ (she didn’t let me finish and I had already given Tylenol to my son) and after explaining all of his symptoms she said “what do you want me to do? ” Really? If I’m calling and giving you my son’s symptoms it’s obvious I’m looking for a doctor’s.
I have no complaints about the Drs. They are really knowledgeable and have good bedside manners. The DePaul office staff is 1000 times better when it comes with cordiality and kindness with the patients. I would avoid the chesterfield location Personally just because the rude front desk staff.

The best there is in the St. Louis area for pediatric wellness. Incredibly great staff.

My children have been going to Gateway for over 7 years and love ALL of the doctors, especially Dr. Seville. The staff are great and the doctors go above and beyond to take care of my 7 and 4 year old kiddos.

Easily accessible staff, very caring, highly skilled clinicians. Appointment times are reasonable, sick care happens quickly compared to other offices.

This practice is amazing! They truly care about my son, since the day he was born. Any time I have a question or concern, they get me right in. They are so kind and patient. I'm blessed to have found them!
