I come here every few months for gear. I've had 1 time with helpful staff. Today I caught the guy staring at me like I was stealing while not offering to help until I walked to the counter. I will get my gear on Amazon from now on.

Stopped in for my Juniors CTC uniform. Lady was helpful and friendly. They didn't have what we needed in stock but she quickly got an order in for next delivery.

The girls here are fantastic. They know what they're talking about and by time ive mentioned what i needed they've gotten me a few options around my price range. It feels almost like having family help with your first uniform. I happily drive to see them because i know I'm going to get quality gear at an amazing price.

Amazing customer service! Had an issue with a grip and they stepped right in and called the manufacture and handled everything. Manufacture ended up replacing the grip for free, but even if they hadn't, I would have ordered from these guys again. Sadly, it's incredibly rare nowadays to find a company that will just take the ball and run with it on an issue but these guys did and as a result.they are hands down my go-to place to purchase anything firearm related in the future! Special kudos to Alyssa for the leg-work, professionalism and courtesy.

Ordered some magazines. They called me the next day, cause my state magazine restrictions suck. Ordered smaller mags, got an email confirmation from Tracy with tracking number (it was in the spam folder), and shipped just fine. Original charge canceled, new order charged, and all is good.

I've worked in security for the last 8 years across three different states. Finding a well stocked, friendly, and knowledgeable store for duty equipment is very difficult. GearZone Tactical has been a fantastic experience for me. I now go there for other equipment that I want for personal use, as well as my duty equipment. They are the only store I've gone to (out of about 6) that had everything I needed to build an AR at a reasonable price, with a large selection of different accessories and brands in stock. And when I needed help with my holster setup (duty and EDC) they actively unboxed and put it together with me to ensure that it worked to my liking before I purchased.

Great service, prices, and high quality items. I always know when I walk out I got the best for the right price.

I have purchased multiple times from this store and have never had any issues. The staff is very knowledgeable, helpful and always go the extra mile to make sure I get what I need. 10/10 would recommend.

Ordered the on the first, contacted support two days later to cancel order after seeing the reviews and was told it would be cancelled. Got charged on my card for my order anyways a few days later. Was told an email on shipping info was sent when it never was. With extremely slow and poor customer service the entire time. Dont let the low prices fool you and go buy from a rebatable seller.

Ordered online, got here in roughly a week. Email was sent out (check your spam). No complaints whatsoever.
