Geek Squad can help resolve computer problems. They're reliable, and frankly, if they can't troubleshoot your issue, it may be time to invest in some new hardware. Thankfully, I haven't had to use them a whole lot in the past few years. I don't know how they vet their applicants. I mean, anybody can claim they know how to work on computers.but in my experience they've always got some sharp employees. And that's why I'm not giving them five stars. Because, you see, while most Geek Squad workers have been polite and helpful, don't be surprised if you run across just ONE on staff who appears to believe he's the god of PC's, who can't seem to resist letting you know that you're a mere mortal, and possibly a clueless one at that! Hahaha I think it's not uncommon for those in the computer/tech world to have a superiority complex. But I wouldn't hesitate to recommend using Geek Squad's services to anyone. If you do run across the odd staffer who seems to live to make others feel dumb, just ditch him and latch on to another.

Good if you need phone repairs, screen protectors put on after you buy them from Best Buy or any other technical support.

This was actually a curbside pickup at Best Buy but it went great. In and out in less than 10 minutes.
