GEICO Insurance Agent, Springfield MO

Switch to Geico last year which did save me money. However, had a crazy road rager run into my vehicle last year as well. Geico called me several times about the situation and acted like I was the one at fault. After about 6 months the road rager was found at fault.

Lacovia was over my claim and she was awesome. She kept me informed step by step! She made a very bad experience into not so bad!

In my search to find the best insurance quote, I decided to contact GEICO to see if I could save more on insurance than my current provider American Family. Daryan Waldo was my GEICO agent and from the start she had this upbeat positive energy, she was patient to learn about my needs and explain the coverages to me. The rates and coverage were much better than American Family. I had a local company quote me a rate and it was significantly better than GEICO. I contacted Daryan and explained the coverage. She gave me some advice and supported me because the insurance rate was much better. Although I saved more money, if I did not care about the savings, I would have chose GEICO just because of the high level of customer satisfaction care Daryan gave to me. I have worked with a lot of sales teams and either GEICO trained Daryan well or she is just a natural and if that is the case, she should be training GEICO sales team.

I was very pleased. They answered all my questions and were willing to help. Their rates were very reasonable for my car and house. I found them professional.

Such a great and professional service. I had an issue that i was kinda concerned about so i reached out an agent. The agent listened to my problem and stayed in contact with me through e-mails till the issue was solved. I made multiple calls and all of my calls were answered with same fresh and warm welcome as it was my 1st call. Daunte was a very helpful providing me with all the information I was asking. He was very polite and eager to help.

I am thinking of changing my insurance and so was looking at options. Had a discussion with an agent of Geico named Erin. Pretty cool dude. He was very helpful and took his time to explain to me the different options of insurance that Geico has. I am yet to decide on which insurance company I would go for, but I have to say that Erin dude is a gem for Geico.

If you call make sure to ask for Erin leitch he saved me more than I had ever imagined on car insurance great service could not ask for anything more!

Geico Springfield is doing a great job serving the local customers here. I got a call from an agent named Erin few weeks ago and he told me about different affordable options I can look for as a student for my car insurance. I found him very friendly and spot on with all my questions. I think I'm gonna switch to Geico.

What a great experience with Geico. For starters my representative Erin Leitch was a blast to speak with and made me feel like part of the family/company from his opening. The savings was an add on, do not hesitate to call and ask for Erin ASAP!

Everyone there was very helpful, especially Cameron who got me set up with my account, Alyssa who was very kind and courteous, and Jason for helping me when I had a serious problem with my renters insurance policy. I highly recommend this insurance agency.
