This place needs serious help. From security to receiving. People are lazy and clueless. They don't have signs outside for receiving and shipping.

WORST PLACE EVER TO UNLOAD! I made a recovery load and brought it here, I got there at 8am by 2pm and still can finish unloading at east docks and west dock. And thyssenkrupp drivers cut me off all day to get unloaded first looks like they get priority, which i got into it with one driver of them because he called the west dock lady by phone to make me move my truck from that corner as you see on the pic, because they cudnt turn safe, so i was moved.oh bur soon a driver of them parked at wxact same spot and noone said nothing so i went and let him know i was removed because same driver of them was complaining, so this driver said talk to the other guy and rolled window up and put his hedphones using his cellphone. Premises full of cigar butts even inside the plant you see ciggarets on the floor everywhere, this place needs inspection! Oh but they make u wear a vest for safety jajaja.first and last time i deliver here.

Undeliverable come pick up load and keeping you in plant over 5 hours after apoitment, no restrooms.

Today was the first day doing 4: 30 am delivery to the 3rd shift and they left me on dock till 6: 30 am for the first shift to arrive to be unload me that’s just messed up thing to do I woke early to just sit outside for no reason
Before this I had 1shift delivery at 1: 30 pm and the guys that in the office use to let me delivery early if they not busy
I hope the 3 shift would do better

Look like CEO works in shipping and receiving department there cause the guy think he owns GM. I was there for delivery little early and he said you are lucky that I’m in good mood today. He’s a joke.

I am a door dash driver and I was dropping off food for your employee and this old security gaurd came out yelling at me. The entrance said no parking so I parked in an EMPTY parking lot and he can see i am just dropping off food. Then he tells me to move my car as if i plan on staying there for a few hours.what a joke. If thats how you treat the public I could only imagine how you treat employees. Now I know to never buy anything gm in the future.

Worst palace i have ever been. They give you a window time to deliver the load but then let me sit for 5-6 hours to get it done. They dont respect truck drivers time. Very unorganized place the shipper office is unprofessional people.

Had to deliver here today dock 5 guy had 3 pallets left of 12 to take off said he was going on break……. Really! 3 pallets, I drove forklifts for years do u realize how fast I can take 3 pallets off. 8/1/23

I have never worked at a more miserable place. This plant's leadership goes out of its way to treat their contractors like garbage. Typically there's a bit of animosity at best, but here it's literally built into their culture.

I was there last night for 4 hours being unloaded so better than other truckers but, what made me angry is that I had asked the supervisor if I could stay there for the night because TA on I-70 was already full and he said yes as long as I park opposite the south docks where the trailers are, so I did. At 1a.m. I was woken up by pounding on my truck like something was on fire! It was security outside my truck! An older woman if you can call her that and a young man. She was screaming at the top of her lungs for me to get off the property! I tried to tell her that I was told that I could stay there but, she just kept screaming and threatening to call the police if I didn't. I said I heard you, can you stop screaming so I can just ask you a question and her response was screaming again that she had nothing to talk to me about and to get off the property!
In all the years I've been driving I've never seem such craziness and arrogance and rudeness and psychotic behavior! At the gate I told the security guard what had happened and asked for her name. He said her name was Allington if that's how you spell it! Anyhow, point being she should not be working at a place where she needs to communicate with other people because she's totally psychotic and I wouldn't be surprised if she has some diagnosis because no person in their right mind would behave in such a manner! I hope someone from GM will read this and monitor her! I'm sure it's not the first time something like this has happened! If company policy is no parking on the property than that should be explained or told in a normal manner instead of a psychotic way as this Allington woman had! I

This place fires people for being gone too long even when it’s bc of having a bad car accident that almost kills you. Don’t buy GM products.

Terrible place to load and unload, these people don't work, they stop to talk all the time, this has to be solved somehow, here are photos of how they have a good time regardless of the fact that the drivers are waiting 3 or 4 hours for them, it's not fair and they also take breaks every 1 hour.

Reviews below are true. It’s just astonishing to see how slow they can be. It’s a mystery how GM can’t built any vehicles at all.

I spent 6 hours here trying to get unloaded when I finally did get a door forklift driver was on his phone for 20 minutes before he moved, and their was another driver in the door next to me waiting to get unloaded I would avoid this place if possible

30 mintues before appointment not a mintue earlier
Be prepared to take a split break of minimum of 7 hours
Most importantly
You can not be in your while be unloaded
If you have a unload and reload
They will allow you to disconnect

They do provide a parking area

If you are a truck driver delivering there you are screwed wait until the appointment time and then wait first come first serve 11 hours trying to deliver and they argue with you talk down to you

The ABSOLUTE worst place to deliver! I was finally unloaded 8 hrs later only because I escalated the issue to the front office! Yes I called the front office of the plant and had them send a manager back to witness them sitting on their forklifts on their phones instead of working! Cory the plant supervisor came back and assisted me in getting unloaded, which only took 10 minutes since an ACTUAL boss came and made them work. I asked him to hold accountable the lazy managers in charge in the receiving area! He agreed that this was unacceptable and ignorant to be held there for so long for something that can be done very quickly and easily that is their actual job description. Unions only protect the weak and lazy workers. I am currently working on a bill to deliver to the front office personally for my time and loss of revenue. Stand up and hold places like this accountable drivers. Be professional, be courteous and most importantly be willing to demand the respect every human deserves. Union places are the worse to deliver to no doubt. Union labor doesn’t mean they have more rights than us, it just means they pay a middle man a fee to do something they collectively and individually aren’t able to do, like demand to be treated fairly. Ironic… demand “the man” treat you fairly all while treating others less than human because you carry a card you pay a lot of money for and you get free bumper stickers for your car! Complete idiots

My issue is that I purchased a 2022 Chevrolet Colorado ZR2 Bison in March of 2022. First I waited over a year after ordering it. Then after 10,000 miles the rear end had to be completely rebuilt. I waited a very long time for the parts for this. Now its been in the dealer for service since the beginning of September and it is waiting on 1 part. Why do you build and sell trucks you cannot support with parts? I feel sorry for my service advisor who gets little to no communication from the you, the manufacturer, about the status of that part. To say I am extremely frustrated is an understatement. I'm hoping whoever reads this will raise this to someone that can help.

This place is the worse! Have me thinking about trading in both my Chevrolet pick ups and buying fords …. Never been treated so bad in my life ….
