We have used this shop on multiple occasions for my daughters formal dresses. The quality of work is beyond amazing. Genia does amazing work and is so friendly. I highly recommend her for anything from dresses to jeans! She truly works magic!

Brought in a pair of lulu leggings that had three tiny tiny holes I didn’t want to continue to get bigger. She told me there was nothing she could do so I said okay I’ll just take them somewhere else. Then proceeded to say oh no I’ll do it. Mind you she had the worst attitude when she told me first that she couldn’t do anything, so unprofessional. I then waited an entire week for a couple small stitches and when I go in and hand her my ticket she has to come out and ask me what I’m picking up. While being in the back for a few minutes she comes out with the pants with a huge line across where the three tiny holes were. It looks so bad, worst than when so dropped them off, I’m just appalled. $100 pair of leggings ruined. I’ve had another trailor stitch holes in some other lulu leggings and they always looked great. I don’t know what she was thinking but I should have walked out the second she had an attitude when I first walked in as a new customer. Never again will I give her my business. Very disappointed.
