It's been a few months since I gave birth and it a long time to be able to find words to even some it up nicely. He was always at least 30 mins late with appointments. The fact of it was my husband started making jokes like don't be late to the birth. Sure enough it was. I was in labor with my water broken for hours before he showed up. It was so bad my child's head was litterly out of me and went back inside. His remark was well you should have waited till your appointment. He didn't take notes on my chart so my records weren't there for the hospital staff, and when he arrived he had no idea they put me on random pills that apparently shouldn't have been given to a woman in labor. I could have lost my child and he had no care in the world. The following day he couldn't even come by the hospital room he had a different doctor check in. While I was there I was weight. No big deal there, but I was also weight at a different dr's appointment a week later. The weight difference told me something was wrong. This lead me down a long road I am still on but no more bumps on the road. I have ended up having to have open heart surgery. So I do want to say this, thank you for taking care of me. You and your staff care of me has helped in more ways than you know.

Dr. Stanczyk never once made me feel like he cared about me or my baby. I felt like a burden to him throughout my pregnancy. By the end I was so tired of bending over backward to be my own advocate to get even standard OB care. For example, at my 29 week visit, I was scheduled to be seen again at 34 weeks (at a time when every two week visits are standard for even a low risk pregnancy). I had to get a referral from another doctor on my behalf to be seen before 5 weeks. I would not recommend letting him take care of you or your baby.

I saw Dr. Stanczyk when he was in Las Vegas/Henderson. He moved out of the state before my son was born, but did most of my prenatal care. He was so awesome and compassionate. I had issues with the dad of my son and I was able to talk to him. I thought I was going crazy and me insured i wasn't! His bed side manner, sense of humor, his ability to listen while making you feel comfortable and his apparent love for what he does is just awesome. If you live in his area, you won't regret having him as your doctor! He's the best!

Dr. Stanczyk and his nurses are absolutely phenomenal! I couldn’t ask for a better team to help me with my pregnancy! I would highly suggest going with them if you need an obgyn! Best doctor and nurses you can get in Springfield Missouri!

Today was my first appointment with Dr. Stanczyk and I'm very impressed.
There was no wait time; the assistants were friendly and Dr. Stanczyk
seems absolutely excellent! I feel lucky to be under his care.

I am 16 weeks pregnant and have seen Dr Stanczyk now 3 times and I am SO HAPPY we have him! The confidence he inspires in you and how he cares for you and will care for you during labor is so amazing! He is magnificent and we will use him for the rest of our lives! We are so thankful he chose this profession! We would follow him anywhere! What a magnificent doctor!

If you’re looking for someone to be your friend, he isn’t your guy, he’s quiet, and at first doesn’t offer much up, but if you talk to him he loosens up. But if you’re looking for someone to give you tons of support, encourage you to advocate for yourself, discuss options thoroughly, and be awesome in the delivery room then Dr. Stanczyk is your guy. I was able to have a successful VBAC and I truly believe had I gone to any other provider I would have had a csection. Stanczyk is the best and he’s busy because of it, but the occasional long waits due to him delivering or running behind are worth the quality care you will receive from him and his nurses.

This doctor did not listen to any of my concerns. Told me that my symptoms were “normal” without asking about them. Then prescribed me new medication without specifying. He was very rushed and did not explain anything.

I saw Dr. Stanzky for my last child. I’d wait forever to be seen and he would only spend a few minutes on my appointment. I felt rushed and he never seemed to listen. When it came time to have my baby he was late and he did not tell me that one of my test results were positive and that I needed antibiotics prior to birth. So I was administer that during labor, which stalled my delivery. After a few weeks of delivering my son I went back for my postpartum check up and told him I was experiencing painful cramps. He recommended my only option was to get a hysterectomy. I was still young at the time and didn’t understand why he would only offer that option. So I sought a second opinion from another OB who actually did his work and told me that I did not need a hysterectomy and that it was not serious enough to get that done. He said I had other options. I am so thankful I did not listen to Dr. Stanzky. I will never recommend anyone to his care EVER!

Dr. Stanczyk has delivered both of our girls via c-section. We are beyond grateful for everything he has done for us. He is incredibly knowledgeable and is always willing to answer any question presented. He has a very direct approach, he gets straight to the point, which we really appreciate. Yes, he is very busy, but we recognize that our pregnancies have been “healthy and normal”, thus we didn’t need an excessive amount of attention. That being said, we still were able to get to see his humorous side on multiple occasions, which was definitely appreciated. We would definitely recommend him!
