I've been meaning to write a review about this place, they're the only ones I trust with my VW passat. I've been going here about 2 years now and these guys are so reliable and actually fix my car's issues. The first time I went here another shop had my car for almost 2 months telling me I needed a new engine. Taking it here within a couple of days they found the problem right away. It can get pricy, that's my only reason for 4 stars, but other than that I'm always happy to get my car back from them!

Worst experience ever! Lady was very unprofessional and rude. Treated me like trash and told me never come back. No business or any human should treat their customers that way.

Excellent work at a fair price. If you have a nice car and don't want to pay dealer service rates this is the place to go

Asked for repairs with ignition, problem was fixed but they reversed all of the wiring for my windows as well as didn’t take the time to fix the wire connector for my gear shift. So they will fix the problem, but might create another inconvenience.

I love this place. Georges Imports is fantastic and I would recommend to my family and friends. I was referred to Georges when another shop had problems fixing our Audi and they fixed everything and it is now running like when we drove it off the lot brand new! They also fixed our Escalade and its never run better as well!

I sadly drove my 2004 Saab 9-3 over a curb at driving speed last week and did damage to the front bumper guard plate. I talked to Junior who has done a great job keeping me on the road and he talked me through the removal of the part until I can get it into Georges for a better idea how much more damage I may have done. He was patient and logical and though I have no mechanical skills he successfully guided me through the process.
I think this quality of service goes over and above what most of us have come to expect in folks today regardless of their profession.
Thank you Junior and I will remain loyal to you and Georges Imports as I continue to enjoy my Saab through the coming years.

I live in Lawrence and my clutch failed on the way home. I called to set up a tow and Jr walked me thru his phone diagnostic and made recommendation on a fix. I did the repair myself but would never have Identified the problem on my own. Incredibly and extremely knowledgeable and caring about these cars. When it gets beyond my wekend mechanic abilities, I am definitely going here. Thank you
