15We really like Dr. Park, but the wait in the waiting room yesterday was over an hour. Once we were called back, everything moved rather smoothly.

I had a vasectomy with Dr. Park about 8 months ago and it was an easy experience. Recovery was very easy with little discomfort and I have had no complications so far. I would recommend Dr. Park to anyone considering a vasectomy.
Seemed like Dr. Park didn't have time to listen to what I was actually saying. Questions were not answered and he seemed to be in a hurry to get to the next patient.

Dr Parks office staff are wonderful! I had to have a test done on my bladder and the lady (wish I could remember her name) that administered the test was awesome. She never did anything to me without going over what she was going to do. Very embarrassing test and she made it a walk in the park. Dr Park is a great doctor and he talks to you not at you, and his explanations are in terms I can understand. He genuinely cares about my health and how to treat my issues. Definitely worth going to if you need a urologist.
My experience with Kansas city urologist was good. Everyone was very nice. Good bedside manners from the doctor.
The visit was very short and could have been handled by a phone call as it was just results of scan. This was coupled with that they were 1 1/2 behind schedule. Last time My Dr visit was right on time so I understand things happen.

When checking out the woman was definitely not wanting to be there. In fact, when I attempted to engage in conversation, She said I'm just glad it's Friday. She appeared not to be able to concentrate. This was right after noon. The first one who checked me in was awesome.
The lady who tried to help the check out lady was indifferent.
I feel it is important and essential for office staff to be welcoming. The nurse was great. Dr. Park was very thorough.
