We have been using this business for beef, pork and lamb. The best quality. Their bacon and sausage are outstanding.

I’m grilling my ribeyes tonight and look at the butchering skills, and wonder where they got their training. I have never seen steaks that were cut like this. You can’t tell if they are steaks or long pieces of stew meat.
I fed my beef out for four months with grain, to get the best quality of beef, that I could obtain. I’m sure this is not my beef. I love tongue, and it was a lot smaller than I expected out of my two year old steer, less than 8inches long. I can’t prove if it’s not beef, but 75% sure, i did not get the beef I took. Below is my ribeyes.
