I’m really unsatisfied with how ridiculously expensive they’re homes are. It’s almost criminal. My husband makes great money and the best they can do for us is a used home or a pathetic little trailer they call the zeinth. Basically don’t expect to get anything decent unless you bring in a billion dollars

There are not enough positive words to describe the amazing service received from Gifford Homes! They made our purchasing/moving experience so easy, effortless, etc. Moving from another state, to a rural area, not having any knowledge as to what to expect, Gifford’s took over & paved the way. Caitlin (W/Gifford Homes) took the reigns & pulled through for us. Caitlin did everything from walking us through different style/size homes, helping us with customizing our home, financing, etc, she was there every step of the way & I CANNOT thank her enough, she’s truly the best! We are so happy with our home, the interior/exterior, it’s beautiful. We bought a 4 BR/2bath home, my mother in law lives with us & the 3 of us are so very happy with our new home. A HUGE thank you goes to everyone at Gifford Homes, as they all had a part in our buying/moving experience as well, so thank you, thank you, thank you…we appreciate you all very much! I didn’t get approved because of my credit unless I had a co signer which I don’t. I love the ladies there VERY HELPFUL! She did all the work for me when filling out the application this was about one year ago. VERY NICE HOMES! They called to let me know about how much I needed down since my credit is poor. I love it when I apply and they call me, so I’m not wondering or having to contact them! These holes are breath taking! Shoot your shot instead of renting! You never know until you try! Keep up the good work you guys! Hoping to go through you guys soon
