Pretty much used car salesman, liars & thieves to the public. Offered $40 for my ring, but would sell it for $600+. This is why you are small time & not a legitimate trusted company.

Had large broken chain repaired. It came out perfect, in 24hrs. The staff are great to work with, and very friendly.

Dear Terry and the team of Gladstone Jewelers, we urge you to settle the open invoices as soon as possible. Leaving debts unpaid for the following year is a bad luck for any business, especially jewelry stores. We were promised the payment multiple times and never received it. Should our sales rep, your agent within our company pay from their own pocket for the diamonds that you sold? We don't think it's a good business, do you?

I've been there for a couple of times, every time they did such a wonderful and quick job for me, for a watch and a necklace, replaced what's needed in no time and fair priced. I definitely recommend!

Garrett took excellent care of me! He sent me updates throughout the process of my necklace being made. The engraving is exactly what I asked for and is clear and easy to read. My necklace is exactly what I wanted and I could not be happier.

Shout out to Gladstone Jewelers! I dropped my rings to be soldered together around 2pm Friday. I got a call at 8pm that they were done and I could pick up Saturday.

My gold chain broke and they did a great job of fixing and cleaning it. I haven’t been able to wear it for over year. So happy to have it back and it took less than 24hrs for them to get the job done. Reasonably priced. We will definitely be back.

Absolutely amazing people in this establishment. I felt like family. My sister is having a custom piece of jewelry made here. The staff is amazing and extremely patient with her.

I brought a watch in for a battery replacement and the watch only worked for 20 hours. When I brought the watch back in they told me that the battery is fine, it's your watch that's jacked up. They then recommend I take it to "their guy" to have it repaired. No thanks, I'll just take it to someone who knows how to properly install a battery. Very disappointing experience.

Visited Gladstone Jewelers for the first time to have a battery replaced for my watch. They promptly replaced the battery on the spot, and while I waited the gentleman kindly fixed some dents in my wedding band. I was in and out in 10 minutes. Happy to know people's time is still valued and I highly recommend them for all your jewelry needs.

Our daughter is graduating from college. My wife without going into details has a severe health issue. Her only bucket list item is to make it to this graduation in May in person and give our daughter this ring as a gift. It's an old ring in which the sapphire stone fell out years ago. We had checked several jewelry stores and it didn't seem financially possible I suggested we try Gladstone Jeweler's as I had always heard positive things about them. Terry took the ring back and was gone for awhile and came back with a sapphire mounted in the setting and told my wife this was his gift to her and her goal should be to make it to the graduation and give that ring to our daughter. My wife started crying instantly. We are speechless. Thank you Gladstone Jeweler's. You will forever be in our hearts and I hope we inturn can pay this kindness forward someday. Simply amazing.

All the staff are awesome! They are so approachable and knowledgeable about there inventory and also fixed/resized my bf's watch 3times because I kept forgetting to measure lol. I cant wait to buy some of there beautiful jewelry. It's a gem! Ypu gotta check them out!

I went to get links taken out of my watch. We also had them put my wife’s wedding ring and band together. They were so friendly. The place is very clean and nice. They were also patient answering questions that my wife and I had about jewelry. I will be returning.
