Gladstone License Office/DMV, Kansas City MO

I always go to Gladstone DMV. Yes its always busy but they seem to get the people in and out pretty fast. Haley was awesome. She was able to help me as well as train a new employee at the sametime. She was very nice and she was explaining to the new employee paperwork they hadnt seen before. If you are registering a vehicle hopefully you get Haley.

Renewed my license but changed my address shortly after due to us selling our home, therefor my license got lost in the mix somehow because the DMV doesn’t not forward mail to new addresses. Went in there this morning to figure out what I needed to do, and was in and out within 15 minutes thanks to Micky!

Very fast service and easy check in. Micky was very kinda band helped us get everything we needed done fast!

Haley helped me get all my vehicles tags removed. Excellent customer service, helpful and speedy! All while training another employee.

Processing my request was fast and efficient. I received great customer service from Kristin B. I was in and out in a respectable amount of time. I was also given clear directions when I was missing a document and it made the experience a lot less stressful.

It was crowded when I got there but I was surprised how fast I got in. Micky helped me get my license renewed and she was so kind and professional. She also took the best license photo I've ever had! Great experience

I went to the Parkville office the first day. Waited in line for an hour standing and found out I didn’t have the right info. I went to the Burlington office and systems were down. I was recommended to the Gladstone office. This was night and day compared to the other two locations. The receptionist greets you and directs you. She verified that I had all the correct info. There were plenty of seating unlike the Parkville office which made elderly people stand in line for at least an hour to be told they didn’t have the right info. Micky was a treat to work with at the window. Very nice and pleasant.

Went in on a Wednesday morning to get my step sons permit. Lots of people inside, still only had a 15 minute wait. We were help by Micky. She was amazing, helpful and super nice. She made sure she explained everything to my son and made sure all of his questions were answered before we left.

Debbie was a fantastic help and made sure I was taken care of. Place is relatively fast with how people live in the area

When I checked in there were 20 people ahead of me. I waited maybe 15 min before being called the a desk. I love that you check in and sit instead of waiting in line. This was the smoothest DMV visit I’ve ever had and I owe that all to Haley. This was my second DMV of the day and she was a breath of fresh air. So kind and helpful and patient!

The dmv is never fun, especially when registering from another state, but my two experiences here have been painless. Debbie assisted me a few days ago, and she was kind and very helpful. Last time I was here a month or so ago, another lady helped us (cool chest tattoos), but I forgot her name. Both times were relatively quick and easy. Glad this is the dmv closest to my house.

Micky- was great and so friendly, I was nervous coming on my own and she made sure I got it all figured out!

I got to meet with Maxx and she was wonderful! So helpful and sweet. I hope I get her every time!
