Love the atmosphere of this place; first time I’ve been to a nail salon in Springfield…and I highly recommend it! The lady was nice, and offered me a drink, never had that done before. She had precision and paid attention well to the detail she was putting into my nails! Will definitely go again!

I made an appt and then didn’t get in till 40 minutes after my appt. While I was there they were cleaning and pulled out every chair and it was a maze to get to the check out area.

I’ve been thinking of changing salons after 10+ years going to the same nail tech. I made an appointment for a pedi and said I would like to discuss nails as well since I’m new to the salon and possibly make an appointment for another day for a mani. I arrived 5 minutes early and was greeted by no one, not even “hello”. I sat down since they were busy thinking I would eventually be greeted. A man did speak to me after 10 min and tried to get everyone that was in the lobby waiting in pedicure chairs. I told him I was new here and wanted to discuss nails since I was thinking of changing salons. He said no problem. After another 15 minutes in the chair I finally got a tech to start my pedi. She was friendly and spoke English well. I was handed a price list and opted for the Glam pedi for $45 which involves a little more pampering, so I thought. The regular pedi is $30. She did a few extra layers of lotion and scrub, then a hot lava rock massage that lasted less than one minute per leg with not much pressure at all, I even asked her to please rub harder so I could enjoy an actual massage. The total pedi took 40 minutes but I was there 1 hour, 20 minutes total. I asked the nail tech if I could speak with someone about my nails since I was looking for a change and again I was told yes. In the end I left there dissatisfied that no one even looked at my nails after asking three times and felt like I completely overpaid for a “Glam” pedi. The salon is clean and updated. I know it has good reviews but my first experience there was not very pleasant. Not sure if I’ll give it another try or not.

First time at Glam Boutique and I will definitely be back! Chi Chi did such a good job on my nails and got a wonderful pedicure too!

They are kind and do quick work. I wish they’d clean up more. I was placing my hands in the light and feeling residue. My technician seemed a bit rushed. I did not receive a full service manicure with my $50 full set. I do find that my nails from here last and do not lift. The finish is imperfect however, with smudges on the nails and residue on my hands. So definitely not perfect work.

I’ve been coming to Glam Boutique for 6 years now. Chi Chi and her staff do a fantastic job. The salon is clean and everyone is friendly. Best nail salon in town!

I came in for a fill, I’ve honestly never been treated so horribly by a nail tech. I’ve been getting French tips acrylic for years and never been told they couldn’t do it, that it wouldn’t show up, that they couldn’t curve the line or that it would be an additional 15$ on top of the 5$ French tip fee and 10$ for a “color tip” (is that not the same) for a very simple French tip. The woman who did my nails was very rude and stopped 3 times to go get her dog and was not paying attention at all. Definitely not worth 65$ for rushed and sloppy work

The person that did my nails he did really good on them I'd say this would be the best place to even go to I like it way better than my mom's salon and I think I'm going to end up bringing her here the people are very sweet here and so I I love it here I'm definitely coming again

We had a pre-wedding nail day here and were treated with so much class and kindness. They do a fantastic job!
