My friends and I (4 total) were walk-in appts. I was very happy they could fit us in last minute. We all got pedis while only 3 people needed manis. We told one of the workers and were directed to pedi bowls. My pedi was WONDERFUL and the man helping me was so nice. I felt very pampered. My friend on the other hand was not so lucky. She was one that wanted a mani. Her technician was rude the entire time and when she said she still needed to pick a dip color for her mani, the worker all but yelled at her for not saying that in advance (which we did). I get that his time was valuable, but he did not have to be rude. This was my friends first mani and was lost as to the process of dip. This also made our group feel very uncomfortable. I hadn’t been here since the wheelchair incident with another patron years ago. I decided to give it another go after years away, but I will never be back. Not because of my tech (again, he was nice and made me feel pampered during my pedi), but because of the service my friends received.

My manicure starting chipping in less than two days. When I called, they said they don't guarantee the work. The staff was great, but the customer service was non existent.

This was the third time coming because of location convenience. I really thought maybe it was just the nail tech I got but after 3 appointments of different services and different techs, I’ve been disappointed with each of them. I have no problem paying a high dollar amount for a good service.

However, when the minimum of a service isn’t performed, that’s when I have a problem. I’m a beauty business coach and enjoy trying out different salons, but this one is missing a very important mark. Bare basics. In a pedicure, these should include: proper buffing, massage, cuticle care and cleaning up around the nail bed and polish.

Each time I have been, a minimum of 3 have not been performed even though I paid for a higher package. Rushing through and acting like you’re giving a massage is worth no one’s money. A toddler could do that. Getting out the buffer for a few quick swipes does not treat the foot properly (my 7 year old niece could have done better). When a client pays for a pampering package, especially a higher one, do not rush through your work or they will not return because the results will have lacked.

I’ve also received manicures and they were disappointing as well. Another basic: making sure to clean dip out from under nails and separate skin from nail bed. This was also caused from rushing the process.

To recap, I would not use this nail salon unless you get fulfillment from throwing money out the window for a service you will not get in return.

Glo - side note for your nail techs. Bring in some education to your salon and have each of them go over basics and practice on one another before you allow them to service your clients. I promise you, if your basics are performed well, your books will be filled.

Had wedding nails done here and they turned out great. Bridesmaids and MIL had a great time too— everyone’s nails turned out beautifully and we had super relaxing pedis. Highly recommend!

Minimal wait time, beautiful facility, incredibly responsive/ great customer service, excellent work, reasonable prices. Need I say more?:)

My mom and I booked our appointment ahead of time because we’re leaving for vacation.

Arrived at our appt time to be greeted by a very rude man who was rushing us to pick a color. He made it very clear from the beginning that he was annoyed.

He then went on to do my pedicure and manicure. I didn’t ask for much, a basic simple design. Not only didn’t come close to my design…but he was very abrasive and would slap my arm to get me to switch hands in the lamp and rolled his eyes numerous times. When he finished my nails he got up and just walked away without saying a word. I’m sorry, but that’s not the attitude that I would expect from the prices they charge. Never again.

Very rude, made my daughter and her friends cry. Plus the nails did not last as long as they should have. The work that is done is is not quality. There are so many nail salons to choose from, do not make the mistake of going here!

I asked for a soak off and new full set.i sat down and she explained the pricing, $10 for soak off and $56 for full set.she then ripped off my old nails even after i told her that hurts and i would like the soak off instead.she replied “this is easier”. If you care about the integrity of your natural nails, do not go here.they don’t care about nail health! She then STILL charged me for the soak off, even after i spoke up at the register.they told me i should have said something, which i did and she ignored.waste of money!

Hard pass on this place! The nail tech I got Jack, did not listen to what I asked him to do. I showed him a picture of what I wanted nothing fancy simple color and shape. Do not recommend this place. I even asked to have them redone and they blamed me and said nope it was your fault! So much for good customer service. Will never go back here.

Worst nail experience ever! I won’t be back. I struggle to say the word nail tech, because it implies a level of professionalism. The entire experience lacked professionalism and their workers are rude and won’t accommodate your nail design request. I showed a picture of what I wanted and it was so far off the mark. I was told that they couldn’t do the basic almond shape design with a French tip in a different color? !? My normal place I go to in Lee Summit was booked up and I only went to them out of desperation. My mistake the ladies are rude and patronizing. This entire experience has solidified my resolve to never go to a fast food type nail tech ever again!
I’m going to have to book my nail appointments with a true nail tech professional even if the appointment slots are difficult to book. You get what you pay for and are patient to wait for! Never go to this place!

The hours posted says they close at 8pm. I went to get a pedicure and walked in around 6: 30. Keep in mind that this was in the middle of the week and they had only 2 clients in there. The older lady told me they were closed. I said your hours say you close at 8pm. She said repeated that they were closed and weren't taking anyone else. I politely said if they were closed why they don't have the doors locked? I said that's OK, I won't be back. Unfortunately, I was a regular client there, and I'm never going back. I do not recommend.

I like going here because the artists are nice but the pricing is so inconsistent. Whoever does your nails rings you in so you never know what the total will be. I paid more for a fill than a new set. The receipt shows I got gel (which costs more) even tho I got acrylic. I asked about it and was told it was correct. I unfortunately can't afford to keep going here

This is the rudest nail salon I have ever been to. I have been multiple times, never greated friendly or to made feel welcome or like an actual customer. I usually get mine filled and the nail tech refused to fill it and told me to go back to my other salon then. I ended up soaking them off and paying for a new set, which they charge for a soak off now! My nail broke within 3 days and I tried to go back twice and they wouldn't see me and told me to come back later. I'm never offered a drink but see them bringing drinks to others. I went to a hair salon and was talking about it and two other patrons said they are the rudest place and they would not ever return there. The lady that answered the phone fixed my nail the other day finally and was very nice. But, they don't treat people well and charge way too much for the level of service.

This was my first time trying this place as I’m new to the area. From the moment I walked in, everyone of the staff was so friendly and so welcoming. The treatments they used for the pedicure were very refreshing and fragrant. The attention to detail and the desire to ensure every customer is happy is impeccable. I will definitely be coming back for many visits and I hope my review helps others like me who are trying to find a new place for their nails. Thank you for an amazing service.

Glo pedicure and manicure. I will never go back. Poorly done. Cuticles still need to be cleaned up and nails catch everything.

Never coming back here again. It was stupid expensive, they charged extra for EVERYTHING (extra for lotion, extra for longer nails AND extra for extensions and extra for just SHAPING ALMOND NAILS, etc.) On top of that, the lady that worked on my nails left me with several cuts on my fingers that all BLED, and even AFTER making one of my fingers bleed enough that she used alcohol and a piece of cotton to stop the bleeding she continued filling my nails in the SAME savage way until almost ALL of my fingers were injured and I lost patience with her and politely asked her to please be more gentle on my skin. One day later my fingers STILL hurt. I have cuts on almost all ten of my fingers from how she filed my nails!

Look, I should have gone on Google and looked at the reviews because the ratings don’t lie - this place is bad. My mother and I would have been treated much better and had to pay a lot less money if we’d gone to my usual nail salon. Do yourself a favor and skip this place.

Looking for a new salon to go to. Decided to try this place out. Went on a Saturday, should have known it was not going to be good when I walked in and it was not busy at all. The old man in the way too tight pants that did my nails, rushed the entire time. Instead of soaking my gel off he filed it down and now my nails are super thin. He checked his phone multiple times. I had to file them myself when I got home the edges were sharp. Some of the sides aren’t even painted. Will not be going back.
