My car was disgusting from winter salt. It did a pretty decent job. I probably need one more time through!

Good people good service clean car they do a very nice job it is a bit expensive in my opinion though Unless you want to get the very basic which is fairly priced

Bottom sides of car were still dirty just wet. It didn't clean any of the tar from roads guess I can't expect a car wash to do it all. I'll still go there but it should cost half of what it does for what I had to clean myself with a rag to get the whole bottom side of the car afterwards.

Conveyor jammed and without communicating this, the manager got his hammer out and started banging on the conveyor belt behind my back tire. All the while my toddler was in back seat scared. I repeatedly asked what was happening and eventually was told my another attendant that there had been continuous jams all day and everyone was to be refunded. He told those behind me to reverse, and everyone already on the belt needed to drive ahead and out. Then the manager started banging his hammer on the conveyor belt UNDER my car while I waited for others to drive forward. Driving over a giant metal chain conveyor belt was horrible. No one wants their wheels or tires marred and it was a legitimate concern. Once out, I thought we would make the most of our new monthly commitment, but discovered the vacuum was clogged. Then I tried to drive around for a refund and waited while another attendant got approval to move the “closed for maintenance sign” so I could drive to the window and receive a refund. Once at the window I waited for someone to communicate, and after five minutes I asked if someone could help me. The manager came out of the small entry office and snapped at me, rolling his eyes while saying “you will be cared for when we are able. ” I communicated back to be respectful. He defended his attitude instead of apologizing for not remaining calm. All the while another customer silently waited by the window for his refund. I watched as the initial entry attendant RAN around the parking lot, giving attention to others awaiting a refund. Somehow he was able to refund other customers but the manager was not. Eventually the customer by the window received his refund but without the free car wash he was promised. And he walked away obviously upset. The manager then waved a refund receipt at me, and said “have a nice day”. This was 20 minutes later. I gave the other busy attendant a tip, applauding his efforts of being kind and courteous to the other customers who were all dealing with this unexpected misfortune. This may not be the norm, but there’s no way I will ever return.

Since this place changed hands I’m not impressed at all. I’m setting here and they are not open. Sign says they are open and see employees but they won’t let me in. Not happy

You guys are great! 4-stars only because the 730am open time of your predecessor was much more convenient.

Love this car wash when I’m getting a wash, but I don’t like how when they get packed they put the line in our parking lot where I work. I had to wait 10 minutes just to back out of a parking spot. Was late to an appointment because of the line.

Great wash and free vacuums! They also provide microfiber towels you return when you're finished, to clean your dash and what not.

I joined the car wash club after I was told I can wash my vehicle as much as needed and more than once a day only to find out the young lady told me a lie, it's once a day but it's still a good deal considering what it cost for one car wash.

Great car was, fast and easy. I've lived in Parkville for 6 years and use this car wash exclusively and have never had a problem, very satisfied.

The only thing is on my SUV it busted the rear wiper and replacing it will.haooen.again. Overall. Good service and i have learned to libe with that because in winter helps to maintain my vehicles.

Great customer service but seems front end does not attention needed to really be clean. Bug not. Removed and always to busy pushing thru cars. Pretty cleaning is weak at entrance.

When toting your pets everywhere does a number on your vehicle, Belfonte's is the perfect place to get it spruced up! Easy and fast drive through wash makes the outside sparkle while free vacuums and mat washing station help get rid of the mess inside! And if you happen to have your pup in the car, they usually have treats on hand for them too!

I have a unlimited wash plan for my beater car that sits out its nice because if my car gets pooped on by the birds I can just wash it again without extra cost. I wish that thay had a multi car discount plan because I have 3 cars.

Quick, efficient, and gets the job done. Definitely worth it to get the monthly pass and stop in when you are close. Even if it looks like there's a line it will move quickly.
