Have gotten two small walk-in pieces by Zach and couldn’t be happier with both. Honestly might be my favorite tattoos I have. He’s so cool and always excited to bring your ideas to life. He also did a sick coupe glass for my sister. Definitely plan to book something bigger with him or Elise sometime this year. Will always come back here! Best shop in KC.

All of the experiences that I have had with artists here have been extremely unprofessional. The first artist that I saw in the summer upcharged me like nobody’s business for a a small walk-in tattoo. The second artist left me with painful razor burn by shaving back and forth so aggressively that I left because at that point I didn’t even want to get my tattoo. The third artist had no customer service, was rude, and had no understanding for my need to cancel my appointment well in advance. They will take your money even if they don’t provide any services.

This shop had an UNLICENSED artist tattooing in the middle of this year. This person was not an apprentice and I'm only finding out months later that they didn't have their license at all. DO YOUR RESEARCH!

Stephanie has done 2 tattoos for both my sister and I, She does an amazing job and is so easy to be around! I highly recommend her!

First off the place is gorgeous. It's really open and big so when you're getting tatted its not like everyone and their mom is right there watching. Daryan is my artist.she's a wonderful kind soul that will go out of her way to get just what you want. She's also not afraid to throw in ideas which I love because, it's usually something I didn't even think of and it makes the tattoo come together even more. They do walk ins but I would recommend making a appt because it is downtown and it can get a little busy.

Was lucky to snag a pre designed style from Stephanie and get an appointment after following for a while! Really made the experience chill and happy I have this ice cream cone to show off forever! My kids have asked for ice cream about 400 times already from this so we’ve got that going. Can’t wait to save up and get tatted again by Stephanie!

I have come to Gold Cathedral a few times now and have worked with Evan for all of my visits. He is the amazing! I have sent him ideas I would like and he’s always come up with something better than I could imagine. He is super friendly, efficient, thorough, and he always makes a point to make sure you are comfortable the whole time. The shop itself is very clean, and I have chatted with some other artists while there and everyone has always been super friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend this shop!

She not only has your best interests in mind, but she also takes the time to be welcoming, kind and all-around fun. She pays very close attention to detail and she always makes me feel 100% comfortable. I genuinely look forward to all my appointments with her!
