Gold Exchange Pawn, Springfield MO

It’s a sign on the door open Tuesday-Saturday been here 4 dayz they closed what’s the problem is y’all going out of business? People don’t have gas money to ride all around Springfield looking for pawn shops tighten up

I've been here twice to sell gold the first time they were snotty and wouldn't even talk about it and then the second time I was told we can't buy gold right now. But, yet they have a huge sign out front that says we buy gold. I would maybe recommend taking that down if you can't buy gold at theoment. Just a though.

I recommend this place than any other place. The employees here are so nice and helpful. Every other pawn shop I've been to the employees are rude and just don't care. I highly recommend this place!

This is the second time that I’ve shown up and they have been closed before they are posted close sign. This last time I pulled up and as soon as I did a female employee change the sign from open to close. If you don’t want my business I will take it someplace else.

Staff is very friendly, good service with a genuine smile! Great first experience.

I've been a client/customer for some years now, they are honest, helpful and willing to educate ones that stop in for whatever. Purchased a t.v, jewelry and had jewelry repaired for an honest price. I am not really one to tell others where to go - but I do not hesitate to tell them The Gold Exchange on Battlefield is the place to be. Kudos to all the helpful and knowledgeable folks that work there.
