11The lady was so rude to my family the last two times we went. Didn’t use to be that way and we won’t go back. The food use to be better too.
Went in placed my order was done and out in 5 minutes. The food is really good. I highly recommend this place.
The lady who owns this restaurant is EXTREMELY RUDE she yells at you if you don't clean your plate like a child I strongly recommend not going to this restaurant
Tried calling to place a order no answer 2 times went into resturant to place an order and the lady behind the desk was super disrespectful and got loud so I left and took my business elsewhere very unprofessional employees
Very dark inside the restaurant the food was very old and we got there right a dinner time the owner was very rude and demanded why we still had food on the plates when we told her it was old and hard she got very nasty with us we will never be going back will drive to Springfield which is sad you have to do that.
The lady in the front very rude. Threw my stuff down on the table. I told her my drink she got the wrong drink, she didn’t say anything and just went to continue cleaning the table off, like almost dismissed me and snatched the cup without saying anything and slammed my cup down. Get it together
Service is what needed improvement. Had to ask for a drink refill because they never came and checked on our table. Meats were already dry at 4: 30pm on buffet.
The lady is so rude and has a smug attitude, like she don't care if you eat there or not. She spilled water on my plate after filling my glass. Then to top it all off. She wouldn't even hand me my card after paying. She just threw it on the counter. Needless to say not going back anytime soon.
I have been to a lot of Chinese restaurants and by far this one I will never patronize to anyone, Pans on the buffet needed changing out, and the food looked so dried out and the selections of cold shrimp could be a threat. I was disappointed all I had was water while others in my party were.
The lady that set us was rude she didn’t even ask what my son wanted to drink and didn’t even bring him anything and hes 3 he even said he wanted soda my 16 year old sister went to sit down and acdently spilt her water and the lady just started at us didn’t bring us anything to clean it up and the water tasted like bleach
This is hands down the best Chinese restaurant in Marshfield Missouri! They have the best foods ever! We won't go anywhere else but here the only thing that stinks is they open whenever they feel like it and close whenever and However long they want so you never know when they might be open.
