Golden Cuisine reviews
17This place came highly recommended by my fiances friend who recently moved to this area of town and let me tell you, we ate here 4 times in one week of trying it and have been back several times since then. The chicken and sauces are outstanding. Our personal favorite is the teriyaki chicken.
The food is good but the service is so agonizingly slow. Avoid the drive through if there's literally any other cars in it, you'll be there for a half hour.
This is the place, consistently delicious, generous portions, and today they made my order extra snappy for me and it was off the charts awesome. Nothing overboard, but enough to cleanse the sinuses
I was able to share my favorite cashew chicken place with my family (living in KC but home for Christmas). Let me say it was an ABSOLUTE hit! Even my brother who's a chef, loved it. We were feeding 15 people for Christmas eve and ordered the day before. They did a fantastic job! Their entire menu is wonderful!
My first time coming here, and it didn't disappoint. I enjoyed the honey chicken and really liked the pot stickers. The staff was friendly and very welcoming.
Food was fresh service was good, food us cooked when u order, except for the soup & daily specials. If you eat in soup is all you can eat. Both the egg drop & hot & sour soups were very good.
The food is really good. I really like the noodles. I don't know but I could just get them all the time.
OUTSTANDING! This is hands down the best General Tso's chicken I have ever had in my life, and I live next to Chinatown in Houston. It was juicy, tender, flavorful, with just the right amount of heat that you can enjoy without it being punishing. And somehow it was still crispy after being covered in the sauce. The veggies were fresh, perfectly cooked, and colorful. The rice was tender and not dried out. The regular portion was perfectly sized and unbelievably affordable for the quality of food you receive. My partner was equally impressed with his chicken and broccoli. We both agree we'd want to eat here every day if we lived nearby. Thank you!
First time going here and I will say the food is good. I got the honey chicken and it comes with literally everything - egg roll, rice, soup, crab rangoon, and the drink for a pretty decent price. Now im honest in all my reviews. The self serve egg drop soup was room temperature and should have been hot. But! It was good though! That is my only dislike of this spot. It's one of
the top Chinese restaurants in my opinion in the area.
Loved the Vegetable Egg Foo Young, , the sauce however was a tad bland. The Broccoli Beef was good, nothing to overly rave about though. The people are all very nice.
What a nice restaurant. So clean.booths could use an update. Food is excellent and they offer their soup on the house. Will move this restaurant to the top of our list!
We were visiting Springfield and drove across town to this place due to reviews. I’m giving 3 stars on account of staff friendliness and the food being warm. The staff were very friendly and the restaurant was clean. We ordered cashew chicken, happy family and sesame chicken as a combo. In honesty the egg roll was the highlight of the meal. The food was warm and cooked fresh but it lacked flavor. The Happy Family had a strange flavor and zero spice to it. We all ate our egg rolls, wontons and about 3 bites of the entree and discarded the rest. Very disapointed and a waste of $45
Mediocre at best. Still searching for that one great chinese place in Springfield. Maybe next one.
The sweet and sour chicken was solid, it wasn’t drowning in so much sauce it made the chicken soggy, nor was it dry, good sauce to meat ratio. The rice was a little underwhelming but their veggie spring rolls were amazing. So crispy and delicious, the egg roll also 5/5. Price point was pretty good for the amount of food you got, which is perfect for one person, I actually have a little left over for a midnight snack! My only singular thing I didn’t love was the rice. And it wasn’t bad at all, it was just a little bland. But that’s personal preference. All of the food was piping hot and fresh.
Food was good, but definitely not spicy at all. I ordered Kung pao chicken and there was 0 spiciness
I've had Chinese food in almost every state and this place by far is the BEST I've had. Food is amazing and so is the service
I was pleasantly surprised by how good the food was here. I’ve had a lot of Springfield style Chinese food and this is some of the best I’ve had. Free Egg Drop soup with my Sweet and Sour Chicken Meal that came with an egg roll and crab rangoon. Chicken was fresh and crispy and the SS Sauce was good with chunks of pineapple. The egg roll was nice and crispy and the crab rangoon had good flavor. I also enjoyed the soup. I will be back.
