Hands down the best chinese and thai restaurant in the area. Amazing fried rice, thai spring rolls fresh and yummy, and they allow you to omit ingredients from items due to preferences. The friendliest customer service around always bubbly, sweet, and kind even when overwhelmed due to how busy they are. Expect a long wait as they are just a family running the business, but trust me, it is worth the wait and the price.

The food is delicious! Due to it being a small family operated business, you may have to wait, so order a head of time.

If you are gluten free this is the place to be. Not only do they have the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. But they are knowledgeable about allergies and have a lot of gf options. The Thai beef spring rolls are 10/10. The front desk lady is the sweetest Angel you will ever meet. Just prepare for at least a 40 min wait time for you food to be done. Cause they are just THAT popular. Worth the wait!

The lady at the counter is always bubbly which is appricated. Placing the order over the phone she heard "crab ragoon" instead of the hot and sour soup i wanted. The Kung pao chicken I ordered which I only opened the bag in my room, had a litteral rock in it. The quality of the food was good and fresh. Pot stickers were mediocre. Not worth the $28

1 star place if there has ever been one. The food here is good but you stand, roughly, a 35% chance of being able to order any. The phone is constantly off the hook AS ADMITTED by the owner. When you're thinking about Chinese food, think of some other place.

We have been going to The Golden Wok for years. The food and service is great. The pineapple fried rice in coconut milk with shrimp and chili sauce is our favorite go to dinner!

WAY OVERPRICED. 2 meals, 2 soups I was told it was 45.00. I paid 40 cash and had to put 5.00 on my credit card but they charged my card 12.16 so I paid 52.16 total. I could have gone to drunken fish in Westport for that cost. Not worth the money.

Amazing service great food and great price. They make you feel like a truly valued customer, and in today's society of mediocre service and overpriced food, this restaurant certainly stands out from the rest. Will always be one of my favorites.

Golden Wok has amazing food. They have a variety of asian food options and do them all perfectly. I've been eating here for over a year and have tried many things from the expansive menu. I've yet to be disappointed. It is obvious that they make everything to order and take their time to ensure delicious, fresh food. Consider calling a couple hours early to schedule for a later pickup on weekends. This gives them time to craft your dish and make sure it's ready when you are. They are always considerate and accommodating. As for price complaints I have seen before, I'll just say this, you get what you pay for. If you are looking for amazing asian cuisine and friendly service, this is the place to go!

First time ordering from here. When I called to place the order the gentleman was very nice. When I showed up at the time I was told, it still wasn’t ready and had to wait another 10 mins. For what we ordered it seemed really expensive for not that much food. It was good but not great for the price.

I have been trying to find a great Chinese restaurant for a while near me and Golden Wok was it! All their food seems freshly made and they have amazing customer service. Highly recommend, we’ve never had an issue.

Lastnight I had the best Chicken Fried rice ever! It was made fresh just like it should be.

Very clean restaurant. Don't get the shrimp spring rolls. They slice the shrimp in half so it still looks like a full shrimp and put the two pieces on one spring roll.

The girl working in the front is always so sweet! Food sometimes takes a while, but is well with the wait.

Awesome food and good selection! Good sized portions with great flavor and to top it off, friendly service!
