I'm not a golfer but if I were, this bag and driver would be on my cart. If you believe in the buy once, cry once approach, golf will make you weep. You may want to cool off the credit card before filling the rest of said bag, or just go for it and let it burn.

FYI, the $500 bag is leather, has replaceable parts and is designed to last indefinitely and the $500 putters are in a league of their own, fit and finish, grip and feel. I mentioned these two specifically due to the price of what goes in the bag, and where players seem to struggle most, at least on TV. Also, you won't have to go back only to drool over stuff you should have bought in the first place. And, if you leave your pride at the door and explore that used club section, it's a freaking goldmine and a reminder that some people have more money than golf ability. Apply that last bit to yourself and then proceed accordingly.

Ultimately, I ended up buying a shirt, talking with friendly and knowledgeable people and having a random great time. It's difficult to say whether or not I'll ever pick up the game, but if I do, I'll definitely be back for that bag, and one of those putters. Anyway, If you made it this far you're alright in my book and hopefully had a laugh.

My golf buddy and I tried two clubs before ordering a set of Mizuno irons. The guy at the range asked us to buy time from the counter after we had hit two mall buckets of balls.
I saw one white young guy in the other bay hit more than four buckets, and he said nothing to him.
Very disappointed.

Ted (manager) and Norm (club tech) will go above and beyond the standards of other golf shops. I came from another golf galaxy which did a poor quality shaft install on some irons and Ted got me in to see Norm right away to resolve the issue. I will always choose golf galaxy in chesterfield for future fittings/purchases because of this experience. Highly recommend.

In the market for new set of irons fur my daughter. Chose to go to golf Galaxy first because they have an indoor range to try different clubs. The range didn't have balls out, and each bay said to wait for an associate. We milled around looking at the irons on display, sat and talked, looked at putters, played around on the putting greens, looked at irons again. We loojed for an associate, sat around the bays, read some materials about different clubs and fitting. After an hour we left. No one ever came by or asked us if we needed anything. Never saw an employee other than a guy giving lessons and the girl at the checkout. Needless to say, we won't be back and we'll be buying our clubs at the next place we visited. We were greeted at the door at Golf Discount and had a great time talking with everyone there.

Paul was amazing and made my first club fitting experience a memorable one! Very patient with me and found the perfect driver for my unique swing. Absolute must stop! They have everything for your golf needs!

Went in looking for a new driver and Don was exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable. He’s the kind of person that will keep me coming back for the education and personalized experience.

When did GG decide it was good idea to remove there launch monitor's and charge to you to hit drivers you are interested in buying, terrible decision, won't go back. I don't mind paying for a fitting, but if i can't even see what the club does on a monitor to compare, before scheduling a fitting, what a joke. The employee said they did this because people were going online to purchase after hitting there. If a person looks at data without a professional fitter and makes there own decision and can find the club that much cheaper, that's GG pricing problem. What's next don't let you try on shirts, because you can go online and buy somewhere else for less. Go to golf discount, they let hit with monitor and see what the club is doing or if you want to pay for a fitting, go to club champion and have real fitter find best club for you! These retail stores wonder why they are going out of business, I have bought many clubs and accessories at GG, but never again

What a place and what a selection of products, from shoes to the latest golf clubs and clothes, you will find something to buy even if u come in just for a look. You will find yourself trying a putter or new golf swing analyser, putting surface and practice, gloves, apparels, t-shirt, shorts, namr it and you will find it there. Amazing place for golfers. Loved it. And super friendly staff to top it up

Absolutely terrible. Had my girlfriend pick me up a pre-owned Scotty Cameron while on vacation. I received it a week ago and it was missing a screw and has the incorrect headcover. The fact that they were even selling this or had it on their wall is a disgrace. I was sold a defective club with a fake headcover. I contacted head offcie and they will do nothing for me because it was purchased in store. Since she purchased this in the store i am now out of $300 for a defective scotty cameron with a fake headcover. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE SERVICE. SCAMMERS.

I would award them negative stars if possible. I went in on the the 8/18/21 to buy a ground up new set, only to find no staff. Or at least no staff willing to give a customer the time of day, despite looking for someone to help for about about 10-15 minutes.

They did however have enough time to do 3 to 4 person team huddles to screw around, undoubtedly to talk garbage about the customers they were avoiding.

I'm not one to leave a bad review, but the customer service was so bad, I feel it is necessary. I was in on a Wednesday morning around 11: 30am (not busy at all). Walked in with my putter to trade up to a new one. Went over to the putting area to try out some putters and after 25-30 minutes, not a single employee came over to ask if I needed anything. Around 12pm, I asked someone to appraise my golf club I brought in and he said someone would be over shortly. 10 mins later and still no help. Wasted a 25 min drive out there and left empty handed. Went to Golf Discount in Ofallon and left with a brand new putter in less than 10 mins total time.

I’ve been here more times than I can count and I have never had a single good experience. Not a single worker has given me the time of day. I have bought every single one of my clubs here and was fitted for clubs and even after all the money, they still have no interest in helping me when I come in. After this last experience I realized how horrible I have been treated over the years. I recommend anywhere but here to get anything golf related. Golf discount has always treated me right. If you’re not 60 or older, they won’t give you the time of day. Worst golf store in the St. Louis area.
