This store has been here for many years. It has stayed in business because it is good. Service was fast, food was very good. The place was clean, as were the restrooms. Good lunch spot.
They make a mean sandwich and their whole crew is awesome. High quality products and a quality remodel to match. It's always good running into Chloe and Bethel.
Order is almost always right. Sometimes the service isn’t great but I don’t hold it against them. I tend to show up close to closing time so I’m a bad customer, lol. It looks great in there since the remodel. My most recent visit the service and food were great!
I wasn't able to order as the register was messed up, however cash was not an option to use either, so I was unable to be served.
They didn't fix the tray and gave us sandwiches in bags and gave the tray to fix ourselves. Terrible customer service and employees
Go in and tell them Jimmy Foureyes sent you. I'm not saying you'll get anything other than maybe a strange look or a laugh, but you can have a human experience with the staff unlike most places these days. And they don't just throw your food together. Everything is fresh, the food is good and the place is kept clean. How many "fast food" places can you say that about?
The two gentleman there tonight were outstanding. I only purchased a few cookies but they were very hospitable and entertaining! Good job fellas #johndeacon
My girlfriend tried to place an order for a party sub The online system allowed her to place the order for today. So the shop called us and said that they couldn't make the party sub without a 24-hour notice because they'd have to prep all the containers for all the sides and so on and so forth whatever ridiculous excuses that they gave us. So she then proceeded to ask them what would be different if we just asked you to make 10 sandwiches. They then proceeded to say well there is no difference but we couldn't do it. So we're entirely satisfied with the fact that we had to go with a different company because I'm going to tell you right now Jimmy John's was the best choice we ever made for the 10 sandwiches that we needed for our workers today so thank you good cents for not being able to satisfy your customers needs
Young kids working but no supervisor. They were throwing food at each other and they seemed like we were bothering them because they had to make sandwiches
Its a giant chain sub shop. Cant expect too much. But the customer is not #1 priority for the employees.
Ordered two sub trays ($130) for a party and Mr. GoodCents did a fantastic job! Plenty of sides and everything was fresh and tasty. Note the photo was after the first tray was almost gone but you get the idea, a big hit and everyone found something they liked.
