Goodcents, Lee's Summit MO

This place used to be my favorite sandwich shop been coming here since they opened many years ago it has definitely changed the last 3 times I've been there I've ordered double meat and did not get it this time they were even weighing it in my face after I brought the sandwich back then they said it was a oz short so they added a slice of turkey to each when I got back home I open the sandwich and each sandwich had 1 slice each of ham and roast beef how is this double meat? Last time I came in there and asked for a couple slices of pepperoni and got charged $8 for an entire pepperoni sandwich when I wanted just a couple slices of pepperoni added to my sandwich sadly the new this store is now counting Penny's with the new ownership I understand this but seriously it is going to hurt the business 1 slice of thin meat is not a double order of meat you can go to any other goodcents location & a normal size sandwich will be the same size if not larger as this stores double meat sandwich that you have to pay extra for paying $20 for one sandwich with double meat when it is 90% bread just isn't right. Sadly I will not be coming back to this Goodcents location.

Best sub sandwiches ever! Their bread is so very good compared to many sub sandwiches places. I really wished you come back to Warrensburg, Mo.

I keep going back thinking it was a fluke but last 3 times I’ve been here my food sucks! This time I asked for standard dressing and got home and had pickles and mayo. I won’t be back which is unfortunate because Mr Goodcents used to rock.

The food was fresh. The hogie bun has grown smaller and the prices higher. U can't see the condiments they are putting on your sandwich. I had to remind the person fixing my Sandwich I hadn't been their for a while he had to remind me how they did things.

The first time I ever had to walk out of a fast food place. After using the mens restroom that I had to wait for because it was occupied by a female employee, I waited at the counter to order for what seemed like a couple of minutes without one of the 3 young employees even acknowledging me that I was waiting to order. They seemed to be more worried about the trash cans, the bun and toppings areas before closing instead of a customer. Finally gave up and walked out saying I guess I need to go somewhere else.

The teenager making my sandwich obviously didn’t listen, especially since she had a headphone in one ear. But put a handful of black olives on when I didn’t ask for it, put way too much mayo when I asked for a little. And barely put on any or none of the toppings on that I did ask for. Really upset that I spent money on this.

Stopped here for my lunch break at work like I used to, when I walked into the GM berating his employees and making fun of them. He ignored me for a few minutes until another manager noticed me and made a derogatory remark about me and my employer. I told him that I didn’t appreciate his comment and he didn’t know me and that’s when the GM turned his attention back to me and made a comment about a time when he believed I was in his restaurant. I told him that he didn’t know me and that he just lost my business. If you’re reading this, don’t give this clown your business! Go elsewhere!

Best sandwich place in Lees Summit! Employees are friendly (most of them) and food is great!

Best goodcents in the area. Also my favorite sandwich place! Always great speedy service. Today was fairly busy and had to wait a bit but the food was great as always.

Ordered our food at 7: 45 and they took the money out but here we are 2 hours later, no food, and they are closed so no one to call. Hoping this will be able to be easily resolved when they open tomorrow and we get our $40 back with no arguments.

I recently went to this location and everything was great! Customer service was fantastic. The Chicken sub I ordered was perfect and the young guy working there was super cool chatting with me about where I coach etc. I thought it was Great!

This store is now a disaster. They got the order wrong again. Did not even start making it until I got there. Would not give the drinks I paid for. And as always, one person working and three standing in the back talking. They should all be fired. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE!

They definitely have fresh subs, it is nice to get when I am not feeling for more greasy food and I am wanting something more clean. The bread is very soft compared to other sandwich places I have been to.
