Goodwill Retail Store of University City reviews
21Staff very friendly. Nice selection of items and good. Great prices. Store is more organized than before. Enjoyed our experience!
The workers are rude.and soooo against helping someone on crutches.that I am not sure I will ever come back. I had questions about things not marked with prices and she ripped it out of my hands.and I almost went to the ground. She threw me off balance so bad. And said it's not for sale.
I had about 100 dollars of stuff in my cart and left it.rude rude AF
They need to treat people better
Found a nice collectible porcelain vase for $1. The value is $37-$42, but the last auction amount was $24.81.
Easy to drop off donations. Young people who were outside were helpful and friendly enough. Did not go inside.
My 1st visit to this store and it's ok, was expecting A LOT more tho. The items aren't very well displayed, NEED to do an overhaul and re-organize EVERYTHING. Everything is so hard to find because there is no cohesive way in how items are set up.
The older workers here are great. Pleasant & hard working. The young black workers are horrible. Two females in particular. They are loud, ignorant, unprofessional rude and lazy. As much as I find good deals at this store, it makes me not want to return. I can't believe you allow your employees to behave like this.
Tried to call and ask a question. They pathetically pretended they could not hear me with inappropriate and childish responses. I am offended and frankly disgusted with the behavior of the girls there on 10/2/2019 at 6: 35 PM. I heard them laugh in the background each time I called. After the 3rd time, they laughed and just pressed buttons on the phone.
It's a nice store, but just thinking about dealing with the cashiers makes me not want to go, they are very rude, every single time.
At first I thought "maybe they had a bad day" but it's always like that, it's not just that they are unfriendly, they are rude
The cashier I had was very rud, they no longer provide bags and the prices just went up on items that's donated. I understand the prices going up on items they need to purchase but on donated items. Many people shop there as everyone know because of limited funds. For example why should I pay a dollar for a used item when the dollar store has the same item and it's new? Just my opinion and I'm sure the opinion of others.
The nicest Goodwill in the St. Louis area. Very organized and clean. The staff is great as well.
Disappointed! Checkout was very bad. Three workers @ register unwilling to help a dis Sr on a walker, just lazy!
Pretty good selection, store very tidy, prices were about right for a goodwill. I'll be back. Good job everyone
Just letting you know before you get to the register with all of your little trinkets and treasures, Goodwill now has a "NO BAG POLICY" meaning, you will NOT be given bags for your purchases! How do I know? I left with my arms filled with jeans lol sooo. BRING YOUR OWN BAGS.
Love rhis place.the cashiers are helpful and. Out going. Jasmine. Ms. Debbie and couple of. Managers as. Well
Not as fun or as good as the goodwill outlet. The workers are usually bland in personality and friendliness. The books are a great price.
Best thrift store in North county hands down. I go often and always find something awesome and surprising. They have an incredible amount of items in each category, anything you might be looking for.
It's good not great. Good for clothes, assories, and house hold items, but the furniture is high priced.
Goodwill is a fun place to shop. You can find some really good bargains and everything is tax free.
Staff is always helpful and friendly. Store is clean and organized. Always able to find what I'm looking for. Great parking and prices.
