16I had a terrible flat tire and was stuck in the shopping center of this location. I called and spoke with Joaquin and asked if they were able to help put my spare on if I drove my car over there. He insisted on me staying where I was and he walked over to my car to check it out. He went back to the shop to grab some tools and walked back over to put my spare on for me. THEN he had me drive over to the shop so he could air up all my tires. He even refused to accept any payment! I have never encountered such kindness from a big business. I will definitely be going back!
I had a scheduled 8am appointment for an oil change and tire rotation; I waited there for 2 hours and 15 mins while my car was being serviced; per the Manager Wes, it was because he had to obtain a filter from another location, which took approximately 30 mins and because his team was having trouble resetting my service light. Along with, I spent over $100 for this oil change; only for me to have to take my vehicle back in, less than 48 hours later because I was smelling oil burning and they were going to make another attempt to resolve my service light issue. Once my car was placed in the in the air, I was asked to come out to observe that coincidentally I now have an oil leak… exactly where the oil filter was changed; although I did not have an oil leak when I brought the vehicle in, nor when services were rendered, or when I left. The team members that were working on vehicles, seemed to be young and not very experienced. Once, I stated to the manager himself (Wes) that there was no leak prior to me bring the vehicle there, the customer service became poor, and they did not attempt to correct the situation. Ultimately, they did not want to assume responsibility for the oil leak and they begin to shift blame onto me, as if I did something to cause the oil leak. Hence, I contacted corporate; spent 15 mins explaining the situation to customer service representative Mark, only for the call to be prematurely disconnected, with no return phone call. More importantly, after reading the reviews for this Good year location (store # 4229), it appears that oil leaks after a standard oil change and bad customer service is a part of this locations business practices.
Absolutely great service Brittany & team did great with helping me get brake work done.

I always take my vehicle there they used to be great and helpful, couple days ago I took the vehicle got my oil changed, vehicle was not leaking anything, I noticed after that the vehicle leaking I set an appointment online again a guy calls me at 7: 50 am to tell me I have to drop it off for the whole day to look at it or come in October 4 so I gotta wait another week or leave it when I told him I have no way to get around without this vehicle. They broke it and not even trying to fix what they broke what a joke
Every employee is competent, friendly and knowledgeable. I've never been to a better service center in my 65 years if living.
Been coming here for tire leaks for the last year and they are always great. This time I needed a new tire and of course my particular tire was on backorder. Got it taken care of today and as always they were super quick and friendly. If they see this, I put batteries in my dang key fobs! Sorry about that, I'd ordered them and just got them today! Thanks as always!
My family and I trust and respect Wes with all of our vehicles' needs. He always shoots you straight, and him and the team will do everything they can to get you and your car taken care of!
Very! Very! Very! Very! RUDE! LADY! Wouldn't even give me a price on 2 new tires! N said no time for me anyways! I spent my 300 bucks at (tire plus). Update! Got a email saying to call want to speak to me! Well never did! Waited on hold for over 20min! Not doing it!

I asked him why's he just standing next to my car instead of doing the oil change. Said they're required to spend "at least so much time" per car.
Everyone was extremely nice and helpful, especially Wes. Didn’t get the news I wanted to hear but he was so polite and calm when having to explain the same thing to me multiple times!

One of the worst places I've ever been to in my life. Very unprofessional with customer service. I also caught them in the middle of a lie trying to scam me into replacing parts on my vehicle that didn't need to be replaced. I took my vehicle there to have service done, and had recently had my oil, oil filter, and break fluid replaced. I schedule an appointment with Goodyear to have my exhaust leak diagnosed. I left there facility confused and violated in the sense of them telling me that I needed my oil changed and oil filter. Needless to say my exhaust was never fixed by them. I would consider no one to go to this location.
I have received excellent customer service and the repairs are done quickly and the waiting area is nice and clean! I will always use them for any tire service! Be prepared to be Wowed!
Pretty worthless made appointments numerous times, and they always get canceled or pushed back.
It seems they didn’t want do a noil change because they don’t make any money.
(July 2022) We had a flat on our way out of town and this Goodyear was the only place on the north side that was willing to get us in for replacements, pulling some strings to get the tires we wanted same day without delaying travel. This kind of service is a real differentiator and so much appreciated. Thank you!
They don't care if you buy tires or not. Miss Steve worked there when I was in my 20s
