Dropped in on a class at this gym while I was traveling for work. David the instructor was great and everyone in the gym was really welcoming. Had a great time and I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in the area!
Great instructors and so welcoming to newcomers. As one of the few females, I appreciate that all belts and instructors create an environment comfortable for women and equally encourage everyone to come back and work hard.

Can’t say enough good things about this gym and the art of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. It has seriously changed my life for the better both mentally and physically. The gym is filled with great training partners and top notch instructors. David Lopez, our black belt and head instructor provides a great environment for all to feel welcome on the mats.
I always look forward going to class here. The gym has a high level instructor, it’s a good atmosphere and a great group of guys and gals.
