Grand Crowne Resort, Branson MO

Over.the last 12+ years my grandparents have gone from only spending the winter months to living full time at Grand Crowne. As a result we've had multiple stays for holidays and such. While the C rooms are a little on the small side they serve their purpose very well. The B rooms are definitely a step above and the A rooms are just awesome. Full kitchen, living room, bath/wash and then a bedroom stocked with a full entertainment center, hot tub, sink, shower and toilet. Pool/hot tub have been nice when we've taken the time and they also have a decent outdoor playground. All in all my only negative would be that they are usually booked well in advance of holiday's. Which should kinda speak for itself.

We got a good deal here on a time share many years ago. It still seems to be a reasonable deal.

Significant amount of maintenance needed. Pool area was very poor. No men's showers, one of two hot tubs shut down the other had no working jets. No power in RV parking area. Business office was marginal at best.

Not a well kept resort! Whole in living room wall. Furniture very old an uncomfortable. Worst was it has a musty odor

After checking in, they sent me to another room to get a parking pass they could've easily handed me at check in. I thought that was odd. Sure enough, that turned out to be a push to attend a 2 hour salespitch to buy a timeshare.
Beyond that, this is a great place to stay. Friendly staff. Prompt service. Clean rooms. Beautiful grounds. Limited parking. Convenient location. I would definitely stay here again.

It was alright. Parking isn't the best but wasn't the worst either, rooms look outdated and the customer service is just absolutely whatever. Call them and they wont answer, ask for something as basic as a dental kit (toothbrush and toothpaste) they don't even keep that. So bring your own please.

We checked in for a 3 night stay. After the first night our room keys stopped working. My husband went to the front desk and the lady was very rude and accused him of putting the key in wrong. After maintenance came and tried several times they realized the lock was no longer working and we had to switch rooms. No apology from front desk just the maintenance & security guys. So we switched rooms. This room is absolutely disgusting. There is blood smeared on the wall next to the bed. Blood on the boxes of tissues. The bathroom sinks don’t drain. The jacuzzi tub is disgusting and had to be cleaned before using it. There is mold in the main bathroom. The walls and floors are so thin you hear everything. We will never stay here again when we visit Branson.

3 stars for me because the walls are pretty thin and I'm a light sleeper. Everything else was perfect. Very friendly staff and extremely convenient location as we are about 5 minutes from everything. The rooms were clean and the water pressure in the shower was amazing.

Once more the property is changing management
We have been owners for over 15 years. I'm told I can no longer use the pool unless I am staying on the property. We have lost benefits and use of other local properties.

When you call in it sounds like a call center over seas.
And you get a different story with every person you talk to.

Any time we get called it's for a members update. No it's a 3-4 hr sales pitch.

Today's scam is capital is the new manager.
If you have your old contract do not update you lose all rights under the old contract if you sign with capital.
And this lady wanted to argue with me as a owner.

Very nice time share opportunities and property is well taken care of. Rooms very clean and pleasent atmosphere. Fitness room is adequate, thou a great pool on site.

This is a Beautiful Place to Stay. I am very pleased with the suite I am staying in.

I enjoyed a peaceful rest last night. Very Comfortable Home Away from Home.

Branson has so much to offer, especially for families.

A million problems with this resort.old carpeting that needs replaced.sisters unit had many floor tacks that were stepped on. Air conditioning in my unit froze up and I had to be moved to a different unit. Resort knew I was arriving with family and we weren't even put in same building.no consideration to placement.the idea of pub type tables and high stools very bad.back pain prevented me from sitting at table for very long.housekeeping idea of cleaning seemed to be a quick wipe across surfaces and done.

Had a mouse in our first room. Bed was not comfortable at all. Tub was huge. Nicest part of room. You could feel the nails under the carpet in several places. Staff was friendly. TVs were small. Dishes were dirty.

It was terribly dirty, carpets were awful dirty, night stand wasn't clean and dust on the bottom of night stand. Dust on headboard, bottom of vanities and cupboards. Cob webs in the corner and dust n dirty in corners if bathroom.
The indoor pool was to cold to enjoy and jets in the hottubs weren't working.
Then when you check in you have to go to another room to get parking tickets and then they hit you trying to get a time set up to go to timeshare meeting. After driving 8 hours you just want to get to your room. Sigh
I would never stay here again
