Grandview Gardens Apartments, Florissant MO

I love grandview apartments, I been here for 5 years. The office people and Maintenance are very amazing ️

I was about two months behind and rent. I had to move out of my apartment. I was sick and doctors could not figure out what was going on. A few months later when my lease would have been up anyway the world shut down due to COVID. I went to court I begged for extensions all I needed was a extra 30 days until my short time disability kicked in. However I was denied on every side. For the most part management was nice and maintenance did try to take care of the building as much as they could. The buildings could use quite a bit of updating but at that time the rent was not that bad for my apartment. If you were looking for something budget friendly that was about the closest thing I found in that area. I enjoy the fact that I had an end unit. I'm sure they felt the pinch once people went a full year or more without paying rent at all. I would recommend this if this is your first apartment or you just need to downsize to something small.

I hate it here. The rent is too much for a mediocre living space PLUS they make you pay A EXTRA $23 TO PAY YOUR RENT ONLINE, pet rent is way too much, the washer and dryers ARE TERRIBLE NASTY AND OLD everything needs to be fixed but takes forever to have someone come fix it for you these apartments aren’t it.

Do not recommend I hate these apartments. Maintenance is terrible takes forever to get the apartment painted or worked and if it is worked on the work is terrible and doesn’t get fixed properly. The basements are disgusting and filthy and don’t contain privacy the washing machines are terrible and don’t hold that many clothes dryers stay malfunctioning and don’t get hot clothes to come out cold. Everything is old in the apartment and needs updating. For $800 you don’t get great service also Animal Deposit is terrible $600 is none refundable deposit and isn’t right. I'm glad I have moved

Charge too much for mediocre living space, and people steal packages and anything else that happens to be outside. Terrible neighbors, loud area because it's right next to a highway. (The office people are nice though.) *Edit* Had yet another package stolen yesterday.

Rent goes up every year but the apartments are not updated. Not sure if I will be paying the same price here that I would pay for a more modern one bedroom apartment. Need to get rid of the carpets. Other than the occassional bump in the night I seem to have great neighbors. Feel safe in this environment
