Grant's Trail Apartments, St. Louis MO

Best price for a two bedroom in the south county area without being super sketchy. No pool, fitness center, or laundry room but that helps keep the rent reasonable and there are full laundry hookups in unit. Property is well maintained and staff is polite. Maintenance is always helpful and works in a timely fashion. Have been here two years and renewed my lease for another year

They will not call you back they do not answer their emails I am very disappointed I was looking at possibly renting

I have called multiple times and left messages, so has my sister — no one ever answers or calls back.i’ve filled out the online form — nothing.we even stopped by to see if we could talk to them in person and there was a sign that said the office is closed.just trying to see if they have any availability.very frustrating!

Cons: 2nd floor apartments beware it's currently 8: 12pm the AC has been running no exaggeration ALL DAY and it's currently 79 degrees inside the apartment. We have 3 layers of protection including blackout curtains, all the blinds are down, & box fan running.

There are black roaches in the apartment I also got bit by a spider that required me to be put on strong antibiotics and steroids, my last apartment sprayed every 6 months they do not do that here, you can request Liz (landlord) to spray her store bought stuff which doesnt work very good. After that didnt work she did call a professional. The flooding of the sidewalks when it rains is bad it gets into the apartments and makes the hallway smell like cat urine.

Pros: Grant's Trails is within walking distance it's a beautiful trail. The maintenance guy Ronnie installed a new dishwasher for us when our broke the first couple of weeks after moving in. Anytime we need anything Liz and Ronnie are there to help when they are able to.
