3We rode the whole trail so almost 20 miles total. Grants farm is only 2 miles down the trail. We stopped and got a free tour of grants farm, a free beer, then stopped and toured the Ulysis s. Grant house. The only downside of this trail is having to wait and cross what seemed like a dozen roads. Also, near mile marker 1 the area got sketchy. There was what appeared to be a bum staggering along the trail smoking what appeared to be a crack pipe. Other than that. Great trail. This trailhead had a picnic Pavillion and bench. Good people watching
Good place to start a walk, ride, or rn on the trail. Lots of parking, bathrooms, and a playground present.
Love this greenway! Wildlife abounds as well as the greenery, wide paved paths, and plenty of restrooms.
