Gray Chiropractic, Independence MO

I used to be a patient of Josh Sondiadek from 2019-2022. My personal opinion is that this office is doing good so far because of mr. Sondiadek and only.
I stopped coming because I felt mistreated and discriminated by rude office clerk (one who is older and on the right side of the counter) It was my first unpleasant experience with medical office. I have sent written complain to the Owner mr. Gray and did not get satisfying reply. Mr. Gray even refused to reveal full name of his rude clerk. Plus, I recommend everyone to check with your insurance before you go there. Because I was charged $5 extra cash every visit for years, when I finally checked with my AARP, I was told that AARP plan F, covers 100% of all my chiropractic treatments.
I decided to leave the office where clerk is allowed to hurt feelings of a patient with support of its management.

Amazing doctors, love that they educate as they treat and the front staff is the best I've ever dealt with in Healthcare! Highly recommended

Both doctors at Gray Chiro are friendly, knowledgeable, and give darn good adjustments! You can tell how much they truly care about the wellbeing of their patients through their attention to detail and personalized care plans. The staff is well-trained and efficient.

I recently started seeing Dr. Gray a couple of months ago in hopes for some relief for constant migraines. As soon as you walk into the office, you are greeted with friendly faces. As soon as I sat down with Dr. Gray, he listened to what I had to say and didn't rush me through or make me feel like I was wasting his time. He told me what he thought was going on and came up with a plan for me which has been very beneficial so far. He is personal and attentive, I recommend everyone stopping in this office at least once.

I have been seeing Dr. Gray for over 10 years and this will be the only chiropractic office I will go to. The whole office is amazing and when Dr. Gray didn't have an appointment and I needed to be seen before one was available, Dr. Josh saw me. You will not find a better, more understanding office than Gray Chiropractic.

I have had some weird and random injuries that my regular doc cant even touch, Doc Grey, fixes me up or has a way to manage it.every time. Update its been 7 years seeing this guy and still happy with service. It says a lot that good is their standard not their exception.updated.

I have been seeing Dr Gray for years, he is always there to get me back on track in life. This office also offers health and wellness, massage as well as grade A chiropractic care. The entire staff is warm and wonderful! Your body will be glad you came here!

The doctor hurt my back much much worse and injury my neck I will never walk the same way again. DO NOT GO HERE EVER.

Love Dr Gray and his staff! My wife and I both go. The staff knows us by name, even though we aren't weekly patients. Dr Gray has helped us not only with pain, but also helps with organic treatments such as a colon cleanse we did that felt great and fixed other issues we had! He's extremely knowledgeable and the best chiropractor we've ever had. I recommend him to everyone!

I've been going to Gray Chiropractic for years! I trust Dr Gray more than any other doctor. He is an amazing person, very caring and listens to you on what's troubling you. He's very dedicated to his patients. Everyone at that office is very kind. He's extremely knowledgeable in all areas of his field as well as studied acupuncture which has helped me so much in the past! I would highly recommend Dr Gray and his team!

Dr. Gray and staff are amazing. I spent months in pain with sciatic issues. Over the last year that pain has almost gone away completely. I am grateful to have found his office and would recommend his Chiropractic care to anyone.

Dr. Gray and everyone in the office are the most personable and wonderful people you will have the pleasure of interacting with on any given day. There is so much experience and great service here. I'll never have to look for another chiropractor!

You guys are absoutely the best!
The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because of needing to have to schedule appointments farther in advance vs being able to get in same day or next day.

Dr. Gray is easily the most personable Dr I've ever met. He listens to what issues you're having and adjusts you to help the best way he can. He also has an impressive memory and will ask how specific people in your life are doing based on previous conversations.
My fiance sees Dr. Josh and he has helped him DRAMATICALLY. He has a lot of pain and issues from his time in the service and Dr. Josh has managed to help relieve a lot of pain from his body.
If I could give 100 stars, I would.

Dr. Gray Chiropractic is a great asset to the Warrensburg area! I have used various chiropractors in town, but none of them have been able to get me in in a timely manner. I found Gray Chiropractic through a local chamber event, and have used their services over the last month and a half. Alexia is awesome and always gets me worked in quickly, and Dr. Layton Gray answers all my questions and ensures I leave feeling better than I did when I came in. I also leave every appointment feeling confident that I received quality care and an educated explanation of what I had going on.

I cannot say enough good things about my experience here. I was recommended Josh by my fiancé and he couldn’t have been more right about how positive of an experience it is here! Josh listens, makes you feel heard, has a great personality, and of course does a great job. I will continue to come back to Gray as long as Josh is there!
