Made a call at 11: 45am for service. The technician tried to put down on the invoice that he came in at 11: 00am. How’s that even possible? Not to mention he tried to overcharge more than what was quoted over the phone.

Used them for grease trap cleaning on two occasions. I really wanted to continue even after they sent out letters saying they were increasing prices however the scheduling process needs alot of work, they give not even 24 hrs before they set your time the next day, so you kinda just wait in limbo for you to get the random call for next morning service. You can just say "I would like for you to come on a Thursday" when I explained that I wanted 3 weeks for the phone call and it was frustrating that the time was inconvenient the staff and even the manager Brandon was extremely rude and had very smart remarks when I asked rhetorically "how am I supposed to prepare for this". No one on the phone actually sounded knowledgeable.just rude and ready to get off work. I would never recommend.

Never again will I use them for grease trap service. Staff are very rude and unprofessional.

They came to unclog the kitchen sink which was not being accomplished by another company. They did a fabulous job and got the job done in 20min. They also gave suggestion of how to maintain it clean to prevent pluggage. Very professional and efficient. Definitely recommend this company.

This company came in at scheduled time, but they destroyed our vent hoods and left the place looking aweful. They also dumped all of their trash into our trashcan, which it was understood that they would dispose of it themselves. They left grease rags in the alley out back and also ate dinner on our dime, considering their empty food containers in our trashcans. Not only did they not do their job, they left our employee feeling uncomfortable due to their foul language and disrespectful conversations with each other while working.

Did not do their job properly. A new good quality grease cleaning service could easily put these clowns out of business.

Kitchen was left in worse condition after appointment, doors were left open, making restaurant vulnerable to theft, and some equipment was extensively damaged
